When dealing with anyone, respect and communication is essential. From what I know of this establishment, they are severely lacking in both.

Don't take your children here if you value the safety of your children. My single father friend was sending his son here. He dropped him off dressed For the cold with a toque. When he arrived to pick him up He was sent outside with the other children Without his toque. He was cold with his ears red and cold. His father posted on his social media (omitting the name of the day care). The day care got wind of it removed his son from the daycare and is threatening legal action. Is unacceptable for a father Who is struggling to make ends meet And is fighting for custody rights of his son.

As a grandparent and someone who spent a career in public education I like to ask kids to evaluate their schools. My three adopted grandkids are 8, 5, and 3. years old, and can't wait to get to school. They talk with enthusiasm, passion and pride about this school, the teachers and what they are learning. There seems to be a community / family feeling that nurtures, motivates, and facilitates student focused learning.

We LOVE the Montessori, we’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with all the teachers at Okanagan Montessori for the last 3 years we’ve been there. Great communication between teachers and parents. Our daughter comes home excited to tell us about her day. We appreciate the Montessori values and the respect each teacher has for families. I recommended the Okanagan Montessori to every family who is either looking for an infant/toddler program, daycare program and preschool, as we have been lucky enough to be in all three!

Very unprofessional staff. Rude from the start. I picked up my son (2 years old) one day, the weather was 1 degree. I had dropped him off that morning wearing a toque. When I picked him up he was in a hat and his ears were red and cold! I made a short video in my vehicle of the complaint. It was posted to my personal FB page. There was no mention of the daycare in the video or any tags about the daycare. They somehow seen it, kicked my son out of daycare. No warnings, no conversation and no professionalism. Warning to other parents, do not make a simple complaint or they will send lawyers after you. My son was then sick for a week after probably due to being underdressed at that daycare.
