Both of my children have attended 6th Avenue Montessori since they turned 1. I toured several other centers before choosing 6th Avenue and couldn't be any happier with my choice - the staff are all that matter! I would highly recommend them!

I have raised 4 children, all of which went to daycare. We were fortunate to have many wonderful experiences with different care-givers; however, 6th Ave Montessori daycare has proven to be the very best of the best!!! Most of the teachers have been working at the center for many years. Its obvious that the staff are treated well to maintain such an incredibly low staff turn-over rate. My daughters teacher has been there over 20 years now!! The yard is the most child-friendly area I've ever seen! So many options to explore....riding bikes...playing with friends.....looking at the vegetable garden.....fantastic flowers growing everywhere....wonderful grass area....sandbox...covered area full of toys...a place full of wonder really. The children are outside as much as possible. Anytime I stop by the children are happy, busy and polite at the same time. Every minute is an opportunity for learning. Its amazing to see how much information these young minds can absorb! The staff as a whole are committed to delivering the best care possible and beyond that. It is a wonderful atmosphere filled with love, learning, caring, and sharing with friends. I absolutely recommend 6th Ave Childcare to everyone!! I'm only sad that one day my daughter will grow up and move on; but until then, my daughter is safe, happy, loved, nourished, and educated in the best daycare that Kamloops has...6th Ave Montessori

I absolutely love this daycare. My son has been going there for almost four years and it’s been nothing but amazing. The staff is fantastic and my son is so happy here. I’ve tried other daycares but this is one is by far the best. They do school photos, Christmas concerts, spring concerts and they embrace each child’s individuality. They let them learn at their own pace while also giving them the tools they need to succeed in kindergarten. If my son could go here instead of school I would have him here full time again. I can always trust this daycare to take good care of my boy because they truly love these children as their own. They have been such a big part of my 5 year olds life that I’ll be heartbroken when it’s time for him to move on. Thank you for being so great.
