Both of my boys have been attending the Kamloops Kidz - Pineview Campus since they were 12 months old. Overall we have been very happy with our experiences. Our boys love the teachers and their pals and are excited to go to school every day. The centre is very clean and organized and has good systems in place. Their preschool program is fantastic, and I have no doubt my oldest is ready for Kindergarten this fall. The gradual transitions through the rooms as the child gets older is great, with the kids feeling very comfortable and excited for the transition. The new OWNA App has been hugely helpful in communication with the teachers and insights into our child's day, we love it! We would definitely recommend Kamoops Kidz!

My son LOVES his new daycare! He doesn't have many words but he sure is learning! The staff have taken every precaution for Covid and I feel safe taking my son there. The kids are always learning and having fun!!

Our boy started going to Kamloops Kids when he was 1 year old and we have had to make the difficult decision to pull him recently due to the pandemic. He went for 2.5 years and while we had a tough time sending him anywhere at 1 year old, he did really well and loved being around the other kids and teachers. Seeing the changes in him over the 2.5 years was so great and he really formed some great relationships with the teachers. The staff are fantastic and the facility is really nice. If we are ever in the need for daycare or after school care we will look to Kamloops Kidz first. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff who are caring and thoughtful. Our daughter has been here for over a year now and is always happy to go spend the day with her teachers and friends. Very thankful for this group of professionals. Only leaving 4 stars as we have some struggles with communication, but all in all we are very happy.

My son has been at Pine-view since he was 13 months and has been in the infant, toddler and now preschool room. I like how they go for a lot of walks and to the pond and play outside a lot and are not cooped up all day. Cost wise, all daycare's within Kamloop's were about the same when we were looking a few years ago but not sure how it is now. Sad to see lots of teachers leave the site so regularly so that would be my only issue that staff don’t seem to stick around. Happy that the site has remained open throughout Covid and that they used a Tier system to allow those who are essential services to continue to work. We have not used it yet, but one of the selling features for us was that our son is going to go to Pac Way in the fall and they bus there and back with the before and after school program, so I am happy we will be able to use that in September as it will help out so much! Love that they introduced a new app where parents are able to see photos and activities throughout the day, love getting the glimpse into their daily lives while playing with friends!

The owner and administration lack appropriate and professional communication skills. Over the two years my child attended this facility there was high staff turnover. We also had some safety concerns towards the end of our time with this organization. If you have other childcare options I would consider them before registering your child with Kamloops Kidz.

I Highly recommend Kamloops Kidz! Sandra and the staff are excellent to deal with and are great with the children. Both my kids really loved their experience here & always came home with new songs and stories about their day. They took the utmost caution through COVID-19 and really truly care about the health and safety of the children.

Our daughter has been going to KamloopsKidz since 3 years old. She is seven now, but still comes every day for afterschool care and summer camps. And she can't wait for the next days to come! She has fun every single day. The care has always been very good. All the teachers are attentive and professional. In the difficult time of COVID-19 pandemic KamloopsKidz has been our saver providing safe, reliable and consistent care.

My daughter who is 19 months now goes Pineview location since 14months old, she loves there! It’s so nice to see her gets so excited to see her friends and teacher. They looks after her so great! We couldn’t meet so many people since covid, but after she started to attend daycare she was more outgoing and not to shy to new people.

The staff here provide exceptional childcare; they are warm, compassionate, and caring. My daughter has been enrolled here for 6 months and she loves her teachers; they are like family! Every single teacher knows who she is, even if she isn't in their class, and greets her with a smile every morning; even the housekeeper greets her by name every morning. The teachers are very responsive and easy to talk to; they keep me updated on everything my daughter does during the day. Even in a pandemic, they have continued to provide exceptional service and care for my daughter. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone!

I am of the opinion that the teachers in this establishment are not teaching the children about empathy, compassion or kindness. I would think twice before allowing your children to go here.

Our child has been using Kamloops Kidz at the Pineview site for a few years now. Overall, we are pretty happy with it and our child comes home happy every day and is eager to see their friends again the following day. The art and language that comes home is nice to see and enjoy the celebrations throughout the year. As much as our child is happy with the site and we are overall, we would like to see more of continuation of staff as there seems to be quiet high turnover with staff regardless of the room and it changes every few months. Thankfully there is one that has been there the whole time which is great because Tiffany is wonderful, but sadly all of the other good educators have left to go to other sites which can be difficult on the kids with the change. To communicate with the owner we were advised to email only (from a fellow parent) to ensure documentation so we have done that but would pass this tip of information onto anyone joining as well as we have found it very beneficial as we have seen issues with others but thankfully not us.

All 3 of my kids go to Kamloops Kidz. They helped me potty train my youngest, prep my middle for kindergarten, and have been my oldest's favourite "hang out" spot! I love that they transport my kids to and from school, and I sometimes have to fight with my children to leave daycare because they love it so much there. The teachers and admin have been great at open communication with me, and I feel so lucky to have them at this location, all together!

The staff here are amazing! My son absolutely loved going every morning, we were sad when he left to go to Kindergarten! They helped prepare him for school and he left knowing letters, letter sounds, and numbers! Excellent staff team and always positive.

I am now putting my second child through the preschool program here. They both love this school. Especially teacher Sandra. They both enjoy the fun field trips and special Mother’s Day and Father’s Day celebrations.

I highly recommend this daycare facility. The staff are very kind and supportive and welcoming. I love the structure to each day: scheduled snack and nap times, lots of outside time as well as various reading / song groups and crafts. My little one loves going each morning and on the weekends is found talking about all of the teachers and friends. The facility uses the OWNA App to track attendances, incident reports (if any), food intake, diaper changes/bathroom breaks as well as they post various photos and videos throughout the day for parents/caregivers. I love the App because it is only visible by the families/caregivers and the children are not having their photos posted all over Facebook. I love to see the daily updates from the teachers. The facility also supports many families in the community by participating in Christmas Amalgamated. A wonderful way to teach the children to give back. I cannot say enough good things about the facility, its teachers and programs. We are so happy to be a member of the Kamloops Kidz Family.
