Awesome place to bring your kids! They even have monthly memberships instead of the kinda expensive daily fee. And check that out, a place that actually cleans the balls for the ball pit with a special ball sanitizer

Awesome place! Took my son (5) and he loved it, the playground is really cool and they have a nice little arcade there as well where you can win tickets (electronically) and redeem them for prizes. They also have a Cafe with food and drinks which is awesome ????

Had my sons 6th birthday party here with a bunch of his friends and they loved this place! It was very clean and the staff was so awesome and super nice to our group and made his day even better. The pizza was super tasty and the party room was decorated for us with balloons and happy birthday decorations. I was able to start an open tap for the birthday party guess which made it super easy for the kids to ask for a drink when they wanted one and the owner was super chatty and wanted to make sure our party was perfect. The games were great and every kid didn’t want to leave and we were the last to leave and the staff wasn’t pushy getting us out the door at the end of the night. Lots of sitting tables for parents and the locked gate at the entrance was nice as it stops the little ones from getting out of the building if your backs turned for a second. Price was reasonable and I will be taking my kids back again.

The staff and owners are some of the nicest people I've met in grande prairie and they are great with kids and aren't afraid to interact with the Littles!

I expected more for the 8$ to get in. The play structure looked like it needs a good clean, as did the floors. Then with the "arcade" games only 4 and a half worked and only 2 of those have tickets. And the staff completely ignored me when I was coming in. Which is frustrating when there was 3 girls at the counter. The food was ok But the pop was flat. But my child had fun, which is why I gave it 2 stars. Probably won't be back.

Fantastic place to bring your kids, lots of stuff for them to do and things to play with. Reasonably priced for your child's age group, $5 play card that you can keep and reload every time you go back to play games to get tickets to redeem for prizes and parents get in free. Highly recommend going there ????????????????

Was pretty frustrated. We happened to go in at 530 and the woman at the counter was cranky and short with us. She had quite the attitude in her responses. You could tell she didn't want us there. Our first time there! Was so completely disappointed. We won't be going back.

Nice place to keep the kids occupied for an hour or so but can become very expensive. Have to pay to get in then it's extra to play the arcade games which can become experience very fast. You are not allowed to bring food in because they have their own café which can be very expensive and the food is not that great.

I love this place! My kids have so much fun here and the new owners are truly amazing! They made my kids' birthday trip during covid so special, are constantly cleaning and making sure everyone has what they need. They even pulled a new table out of a party room for me to use when the others were full so I could study while my kids ate and played. They have free wifi and great pizza and even came over to make sure I liked my latte! So wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure kids and parents are having a good time.

Very clean and a ton of fun. My son loves this place (so do I!). I especially like being able to book the place to ourselves. I'm not sure what it was like when it was open to the public but I do like renting the space.

Getting in to this place is time consuming. Only 1 person working a very busy counter. We waited in line for almost 15 minutes, only to find out since it is our first time, we needed to first fill out a profile on a laptop in another spot. Waited another 5-10 minutes for our turn at the computer, then had to wait once again in the first line. It took 30-45 min to get in all the while with a toddler very excited to get through the gate to start playing. The playcenter itself was great. One of the best we have been to. The arcade games need attention. All the prize based games were empty or very close to it. Many games broken and out of order. Free WiFi is great for parents, as well as a food counter to grab some coffee, or something to eat (we did not try the food).

I can see why they closed down. Entrance fee was decent but food prices were awfully high. A few staff members I interacted with were the rudest snobby b.... Butthead, ( ya thats what I was about to type lol) I wouldn't tell my son if they reopened lol try my hardest to avoid it lol

The kids love it here. We have a monthly subscription. Food is good too. The owners will stop and talk to you if they have the chance. They are very friendly. We always have a good time when we go.

We had been here before when it was private rentals during lock down and the place was spotless and the owner was super friendly. We went back today when it opened to the public and was expecting a bit of a tornado since it was the first day open. However everyone working was super friendly and cleaning. Defiantly reccome d this place for kids and families. It is a safe, friendly, family orientated business and im so glad it is in GP now! Any issues we.did have were corrected right away and were common first day issues, nothing serious! We will definitely be regulars here!

First time for my almost 2 year old, other than the unorganisation of the food, it was a great time! He really really enjoyed it! They may want to consider a number system or having more prepared food so it's not such a long wait and having to keep watching the counter. Anyone could have walked off with some one else's order! Still loved it though !

Our son loves coming here, but kids are unsupervised and can be pretty rough and colourful with the language while parents are busy ignoring their kids. It gets very loud when there are 2 or 3 birthday parties in full swing.
