To start with I LOVE SUBWAY! The one in Pictou is nice and clean restaurant! Staff could be warmer and courteous, every dine-in and pickup experience has been GREAT but today, For the FIRST TIME, we went through the DRIVE-THRU and IT WAS HORRIBLE - NOT AT ALL USER-FRIENDLY (At least not for me and my family anyway) order wasn't right, potato bites were soggy and mush, order for a bag of chips wasn't even right. NEVER AGAIN that I will ever go through the Subway Drive-Thru ever again! Thank you but no thank you

Service is good for having only one employee but when line up starts it's that time you wait 30 minutes plus just poor management or to cheap to hire they know the busy times but it doesn't matter just more money in there pocket.

Does not offer free wifi anymore. Place is still very clean & staff are friendly, so ok if you don't need wifi. Only has bottled pop. Very small restaurant so may never get the new mixer fountain machines other locations have.
