Great gym, clean, friendly, lots of equipment. Yearly rates are good, clothing available along with supplements.

This place was good. Good quality cardio equipment and all the weights you'd need for a good workout. It was 6 dollars for a day pass and it wasn't annoyingly busy. The staff seemed friendly.

Best gym in Cape Breton. Isn’t the biggest gym but it has all the best equipment. Cleanest gym i’ve ever been in with a owner that actually cares about his business. Has a girls section, ab room, tanning, a HUGE STUDIO with boxing bags in there, a jacobs ladder which most gyms don’t have and a ton of other great services. Worth a drive over to Glace Bay!
