Great daycare! Stafg very nice and friendly. Our daughter loves it. Sha has had no issue adapting and is always happy to go back every morning.

Une éducatrice nervosique qui applique une éducation rigide qui n a pas place dans la pédagogie montessori, une facon de conditionner lenfant et non pas de laccompagner. Les proprietaires sont toujours absents, un gestionnaire qui a l intime conviction que skotcher un deux ans pour 45 minutes devant un ecran est considere comme une activitée pédagogique. Sur les 400 excercices proposés, y en a un qui seront pas capable de transmettre: L'honnêteté!

wow!!!! Quelle excellente garderie! Notre fille fréquente cette garderie et nous sommes extrêmement heureux de la qualité de l'enseignement, des interactions avec l'éducatrice et des réponses spontanées de l'administration à nos questions. En moins de 4 mois, notre fille a commencé par s'exprimer correctement malgré son très jeune âge, elle est très autonome, et a retrouvé la joie de la garderie qu'elle n'avait pas dans ses précédentes garderies. Félicitations à tout le personnel éducatif et administratif pour la qualité exceptionnelle de votre travail. JE LA RECOMMANDE TRÈS FORTEMENT !!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the most unethical people, and should not be in the business of working with children, they have proven time and time again that their first priority is money and not the children. The one owner Ibrahima uses threatening tones when you try to address him with valid concerns you have about issues within the daycare. Really do your research on them before letting your kids stay here and don't let the clean new building blind side you of the reality of how this daycare is really run.

I addressed the concern that the employees aren’t paid during christmas break while we continue to pay while the daycare is closed and i mentioned that there was a big problem with management. I must have hit a cord. Save your money. my husband and i are looking for another place for our children Our employees are not obliged to remain employed with us, If they weren't enjoying it, they would have left long ago. As for the management of our establishment, that concerns you to a certain extent as a client and no more because we are a private daycare that does not benefit from any government assistance and the 2 daycares were not built in a snap. Your place as a client is in a childcare center or a subsidized private daycare, I believe, but in a private daycare like ours. Why don't you quit if daycare management doesn't suit you? Pour ce qui est de la gestion de notre établissement, cela vous regarde jusqu'à un certain point comme client et pas plus car nous sommes une garderie privée qui ne bénéficie d'aucune aide du gouvernement et les 2 garderies ne se sont pas construites en un claquement de doigts. Votre place comme cliente est dans un CPE ou une garderie privée subventionnée je crois mais dans une garderie privée comme la nôtre. Pourquoi vous ne quittez pas si la gestion de la garderie ne fait pas votre affaire ? Nous vous offrons la possibilité de quitter demain sans aucun préavis si vous le désirez. Je termine par vous dire que la honte devrait être de votre bord car nous savons ce que nous offrons comme service dans nos deux installations et les sacrifices consentis.

Discrimination against children with special needs like autism or speech delay.(so if you child has special need not a good place for them). Ownership: this daycare has 3 owners all of which act as Directors and none of them have a background in education; this overly complicates things as sometimes they are not in the same page and everything they want is money. Food: the menu sounds wonderful and looks even fancy on paper but a number of items are not fresh(cans) yes, a lot of can food. Prices: Their prices keep increasing year over year and the worst is that they pay minimum wage to the staff. Rotation: they don't seem to be able to retain educators. My son had 5 educators in 1 year. Montessori program: Only a few educators has the Montessori training (3 out of 15). some educator does not even have a diploma to work with kids.

Fantastic! We were very apprehensive sending our one year old off to daycare. We visited many places and Connaught was the place for our son. The facility is very clean, secure, the staff are all extremely nice and most of all our son's teacher Bianca is awesome! She's always smiling, sends us daily updates and most of all really cares about him. He loves going to daycare and we feel very comfortable with him there. We would recommend Connaught to anyone!

WOW - amazing daycare! As a new mom, you are always scared to send your first baby to daycare after spending months with them at home. But I must say, all the staff made me feel super comfortable and knew exactly how it is leaving your child at day care for the first time. My baby is finally one and she ADORES her teacher. She doesn't even cry when I leave her, she puts her arms up right away towards her. She is always in a great mood after I pick her up. The food is incredible !!! A very nice variety for them and also a nice little cupcake to bring home on her birthday which was very sweet. When my daughter was not feeling well and was finally over her cold but still not 100%, they would send me updates and they are very responsive by email when there is anything at all. Every afternon they send me a detailed message of her day and what she played with + how her day is going. They maintain COVID related issues such as not letting parents in the classes, one way exits, one parent at a time, sanitisers etc. As a new mom, I cant ask for a better daycare and so happy I can go back to work at ease knowing my daughter is well taken care of!
