The terrace is very nice with a view on the water when the sun is up. The menu is more on the pub side than elaborated dining experience. We were served by a very nice and joyful person.

This was my first visit here and I did like it! I love seeing historical buildings and to learn the history long established communities. This community has a number of old buildings like this one. Inside they have a wall displayed with information about the history of the location the building is on. The staff are friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and clean. The other room we booked was a bit stuffy. The food was wonderful. It is walking distance to anything you need. I'm going to go there again! I hear it's nicer in the winter.

Suppose to get water view they put us in cottage. Keys where only coded for one day instead of 2. Best yet kid confronts is in parking lot and says u can’t park here, I said what, he said it’s only for hotel. I said we r staying here. Very rude people and no one cleaned room in two nights. Maitnace man knocks on door at 10 am to do repairs no one let us know. Would never go back

Lovely place but the dangerously low railings in some spots inside is sketchy . Keep an eye on your kids and don't come back to your room too wobbly ????

Musty smell upon entry, opened up all windows with no relief, cobwebs in many corners of the room, and just over all not cleaned properly. Location is a 10 but even still not worth it, checked out early.

By far the WORST hotel, motel or inn I have ever stayed at. Very overpriced. Room infested with large insects. No fridges in the rooms. Smells moldy. Ceiling leak. Water temp fluctuates in the shower to the point that it would burn you. Looking at the reviews, it appears that the owner is very good at coming up with excuses, rather than fixing the issues. The entire inn is run down (not old but run down). Also, looking at the responses to the reviews, it appears that the owner thinks that “Victorian” is the same as “run down”. There are plenty of Victorian b&b’s that have been upgraded to meet customer expectations. The only positive thing about this place is the location. However, would never go back
