My daughter 22 old month join south children academy for 11 days each day 3 hours, she bit for 3 times. After that the director of there said we will try more to observe her, the day after that I saw that she bit again twice on her hand while they did not report it. I also saw while the ratio of this age must be 1 teacher for 3 kids they have only 2 teacher for 7 kids in some hours. When I asked why there is only two teachers the director said we can not have an extra teacher for 1 extra kid. The email that I sent to the manger did not reposed. This day care needs lots of improvement. I will never ever send my kid there again.

My Son's worst daycare experience in Fredericton. Educators have no clue what's going on with the kids, no education activities whatsoever, but my major concern was about following simple hygiene procedures in any daycare. My son only joined this daycare for few days and every time we pick him up, he is filthy and never cleaned up, I understand kids play and get messy, but they should be cleaned up ! one day there was dirt in his nose and mouth, and it took us an hour to clean his nose and mouth in the shower, that's unacceptable. As a health care worker I'm very concerned about my son's safety and hygiene. When you pick up your kid and there are big scratches on his face, you expect the educator to explain to you what happened, but no one knows what's going on, so it became a safety issue for us as well and decided to pull out our son and stay home for now, oh and by the way, the children's academy didn't refund us the security deposit . I'm considering filing an official complaint against them with public health and service NB daycare inspection as I documented all these incidences with pictures. Now to address your reply down here, I am Yousef's father, and I've never spoken to you, that was my wife ( worried mother ) who attempted to call you few times, definitely not 16 times that's a clear exaggeration from your end, my negative experience with your daycare was completely based on how my son looked and acted during those days. we have treated the educators with utmost respect when we pick up our son. We have been to many daycare facilities in the country as we moved around often and this is the first time we run into these issues in a daycare. I am a healthcare worker who deals with children on daily bases and my concerns were based on documented observations and they were never addressed. Unfortunately, now your reply reflects unprofessionalism in dealing with this issue

My niece has gone to both of the children’s academy daycares in Fredericton. The teachers are all amazing and she was always very excited to go to preschool. She was more hah ready for kindergarten in the fall, she could count in English and French, knew all her colours in English and French, and she knew shapes that even I had forgotten since being out school! They go on 2 or 3 big field trips every year and they take a lot of smaller field trips especially in the summer. Also my sister was very relieved when she was able to switch from one location to the other when she moved, it wasn’t a hassle at all because they both have the same owner.

My little guy has been going to the Childrens Academy since June 2020 and we are extremely happy with the attention, level of care and teaching he receives. He is always excited in the morning and is off playing before i leave the doorway. The owner had been very patient with my numerous calls when I was first attempting to enroll him and the educators have been amazing to say the least. The educators that spend their days caring for our children here are amazingly patient and kind people. They treat the kids like they are their own. To never have to worry about the level of care your child receives while you are at work is invaluable. Cant give enough praise especially with the extra hours you all work with covid.

Great educators, great programs, clean and close to the park. The director Kim is fantastic. Kim answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. My kids have learned so much since they started, they have done a complete 180. We used to go to Go-Go but they cried every day when we left the house and didn’t want to go. Now they are excited to see their teachers every day. The daycare may not be as flashy and fancy as Go-Go wise, but they make up for it with excellent quality of care that my children receive.
