Had our daughter at VMA from 12 months to 27 months of age (we then moved out of province). I cannot say enough good things about the staff and teachers. It was a great experience for my daughter and for my wife and I. There is no better feeling after dropping off your child knowing they will be loved and care for in your absence. The programs they offer are a great experience for the children too. Yoga, French and Music being some of my daughters favourites.

I wish I could put more stars! Vincent Massey Academy has been so wonderful for the 3yrs(aprox) we enrolled our son there. He has attended VM since he was 12months old. The on-boarding process was so smooth and the staff was so accommodating during the process. As new parents we were so nervous but VM staff was so loving and understanding, these nerves quickly went away and us as parents AND our son looked forward to coming everyday. Each morning we are greeted with a happy "good morning" and "have a nice day" by the teachers (Ms. Maria and Ms. Kayla), and when we pick up the teachers give a short and comprehensive summary of the day; accident reports and behaviour included (in a professional and learning focused manor which is really appreciated) (Ms. Jessie, Ms. Beth, Ms. Suzy, Ms. Megan, Ms. Phalyna, Ms. Brooke). Calendars and menus are sent out on time and are posted on site. VM offers so many activities (cooking, french, sports, singing, seasonal parties families included etc) for the kids, it's incredible. We are so thankful for all that the staff has done for our family and how much our son has learned. Our son was involved in U of T child studies for learning and comprehension and he has shown that he is functioning way above his age average (huge thanks to VM!). We are sad to leave, our son is starting public school and we are not needing VM's services any longer. The atmosphere of VM Horner location is so inviting and cheerful, especially with the new renovations. They also use the HiMama app which is an easy to use reporting app, they report on the child's day with photos and menus, and messages. We wish VM the best of luck for their future and we will miss them greatly. What a WONDERFUL place!

We have been part of the Vincent Massey family for over a decade. I knew the moment we came for a visit that this was going to be an amazing spot for our kids to grow, learn and develop. The people who my kids have interacted with over the years have all been warm, kind, compassionate, fun and caring...everything you want when dropping your kids off for the day. Both our kids have developed lifelong friendships with kids that all started at Vincent Massey. They also have been exposed to so many amazing opportunities, skills, & fun summer activities. While our time is sadly coming to an end because they are older now, we are incredibly grateful for having this experience and these are memories that we and our kids will never forget. This is truly the best daycare/before and after care in the area.

This review is for the Franklin Horner daycare. I sent my baby there for infant and toddler ages. The teachers are amazing. They really love the kids and take care of them. They spend a lot of time and effort teaching them intellectually. It’s amazing what my kid can do all of a sudden whether it’s reading, language, counting, alphabets etc. The teachers are observant and give feedback if your child needs work or improvement on certain areas which is helpful for new parents. The administration is great, they’re accommodating and listen to feedback. The facility itself is nice, clean, and modern. I can’t say enough good things. Super recommend!!!

Our kids love the daycare! Two locations are equally good. Always clean! Most important, teachers are super nice and responsible. They take time to talk to parents and do a lot of extras for our kids, such as making braids for our daughter. All staffs are friendly and know about each kid. Miss. Iullia (daisy Ave)and Miss, Jessica (Horner street) are my kid favourite teachers!

Vincent Massey was a home away from home for both our kids. The safe, loving care they provided was above all standards and we are grateful. We recently moved out of the city but if we hadn’t our kids would still be part of the VMA family. Both kids miss the team (our two year old daughter still LOVES and talks about Miss Rina and Miss Marsela). But I know our seven year old, who was there since his first birthday, will be forever impacted by the entire VMA team. The patience and love from Miss Massy in the infant room - and Miss Julie who delivers no-nonsense care and comfort - Vincent Massey has played a big role in his growth. Thank you for being there for us. We truly miss you all. And for any Mamas and Dads wondering or worried about leaving your babes rest assured. You won’t find anything better in Long Branch ❤️

This is the one of the best schools in GTA. Everyone treats each other with kindness, compassion and lots of love. My child attended Toddler anh Pre-K programs at Horner Location. Activities and photos are shared daily on HiMama app. Quick responses from class teachers and the directors. Class is bright and clean. Physical activities, guests visits, community walks, firestations visists, class concerts... are few in many things that we love. Highly recommend this school

Vincent Massey provides amazing education and care. The educators are true experts. Our son loves it there and is so happy. He is growing and developing tremendously. They have exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the food provided is nutritious and meets our little one’s special dietary needs. The staff are supportive and communicative. We love that they share their ideas and learnings about our child and that we get to see what is happening each day on the app we have. Highly recommend!

Vincent Massey Academy is like a home away from home for us. All of the Staff, parents and children in this community are out of this world. We wouldn't have changed a thing when we selected them out of the handful of choices we had. If we had to do it again we wouldn't change a thing. They treat each family like their own. There is heartfelt compassion and everyone is treated as a unique individual there capturing every family's needs no matter how big or small. We will miss everyone there and wish everyone all the best!

Vincent Massey Academy is the best of the best! My daughter is in the Day School and we have been blown away with how much she has learned in such a short amount of time. We were really nervous sending her to school this year because of COVID but it turns out sending her to VM was the best decision we could have made for her. The teachers are amazing and make everyday so exciting for the children. The classrooms are beautifully designed, I've never seen a space like it and they go above and beyond with their cleaning protocols and making sure the school is a safe space. We consider ourselves so fortunate to be a part of the VM family and cannot recommend this school enough if you are looking for a private education for your child.

We highly recommend Vincent Massey - Franklin Horner Campus. As first time parents, it was a difficult decision to have our little one attend daycare during these uncertain times, and we were fortunate enough to find a spot for our little on at VM - in their toddler room. Our experience with the VM team was more than we had hoped for. Everyone, from the administration to the teachers is supportive, communicative and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are warm and friendly with both children and parents. We are greeted with a big smile every morning :). Their COVID-19 protocols are strict and they make sure everyone is well informed at all times. The toddler program our child went through is amazing and very well thought out. His teachers; Ms. Beth, Ms. Asma, Ms. Nermin and Ms. Uncee are all just wonderful. Our little one is not so quick to warm up to new environments but they were very supportive and patient during the transition period and beyond. Thank you VM team for making this experience as enjoyable as possible for both our son and us :)

Our son attends the Vincent Massey's Day School and we could not be more happy with our family's experience. We were on the fence about sending our son to a private school, but after much research we decided VMA was the best choice for our family. 1) The classrooms are breathtaking. When we saw the classrooms for the first time, we couldn't be more impressed. The rooms have large windows, with a ton of natural light. Lots of natural materials and plants. What really drawed us in initially was their progressive set up of no individual desks. Our son's class has lot of flexible seating and tables. 2) Their curriculum is outstanding. As a reggio school, the way they tie in their curriculum with my sons interests is remarkable. I find in his class there is alot of hands on and experiential learning, which we know really works for our child when introducing a new concept. 3) Small class size. There are only 14 children in my child's class. He gets alot of one on one time with his teacher and he is always being challenged and is working at a higher grade level. 3) Community. The sense of community you feeling you feel at VMA is like no other. They really go above and beyond for the children, always planning many monthly events the classrooms that the children and families can participate in. I could go on and on about this school. VMA is the best!

As a first time mom sending my daughter to school for the first time and during the pandemic, I was extremely nervous and my daughter cried every day at drop off for weeks! The staff at VMA and especially the room teachers were incredible during our transition!!! Everyone was so kind, super understanding and made us feel very comfortable. The room teachers kept us engaged by updating their app with pictures and details of her day. The room teacher even called me to let me know when my daughter had stopped crying. The VMA staff really does create a family community which has been such a great experience! I also love all the great activities they do for the entire school - it is a very unique experience that our kids get to be a part of. Now my daughter loves her teachers and is always happy when I drop her off!

We have absolutely loved our experience at Vincent Massey! Our daughter has been there for over a year starting in the toddler room and now in PreK. The school itself is beautiful, they have gone above and beyond ensuring a bright, clean and inspirational learning environment in all their classrooms, and the recent upgrades to the playgrounds are stunning! The programming in both classes my daughter has been in is wonderful - I am blown away by all the things she is learning and doing. The staff and teachers are all so lovely and truly treat the kids like their own, my daughter never wants to leave :) They were so supportive through the transition into child care from being at home, to potty training, and everything in between. They do such a great job at keeping in touch with the parents throughout the day sharing pictures and updates. I cannot say enough great things about Vincent Massey, we are so happy to be part of this community !!!
