Save On Foods in Cranbrook did my 8 inch white wedding cake and cupcakes for my recent wedding in Fernie. They were unbelievably good and very well done. I couldn’t have been happier!

Disappointed in pharmacy’s level of service. We have been lifelong patrons of Savon. Last Sunday I cut myself and was advised to get a tetanus shot. I could go to the ER and wait hours and cost the health care system $600 bucks or someone suggested try a pharmacy. I called around and several pharmacies were out of the vaccine but we’re willing to provide a shot if they had one. I called Savon pharmacy in Cranbrook near my home, who had the vaccine but we’re to busy to provide it and said go some place else. I tried Shoppers in Kimberley who gladly provided a shot, even though they were also busy. Shoppers gets all our business in the future!

I am very impressed with the quality of service provided here at this location. I have had fantastic service nation wide with Save-On-Foods. You do pay a little more for the food, but it is fresh and they are truly committed to quality. Any time I am trying to find something, the staff picks up on it right away without having to ask most times and ensures I find what I am looking for.

Just an update to my posts. The pharmacy is still good but do to their constant use of false advertisements in flyers with products that they clearly can not supply you should shop elsewhere. Three weeks in a row I have come looking for sales items and twice came back on day they said more would be in to notever get them. was in the pharmacy for some medications on this visit. I have been doing business here for over twenty years and continue to because of the great friendly service. They make sure I understand any major side effects or whatever I may need to know. I have received some of my vaccinations here and got anything I need for my diabetes. They have just been understanding and professional at times

I just want you to know what a great experience I had at your store today. First of all the stress of the virus is overwhelming and I was trying to help the homeless in some little way. My home is in Calgary and I know how to help at the Mustard Seed and for the many people who have nothing but here I was not sure what to do as the salvation army was closed. I mentioned it to the young man helping me with groceries and he got the lady beside him and she checked with her supervisor and wow it was so easy and the store takes care of everything. While i was digesting this and thinking of my part the young man looking after me tells me i could have four chicken pot pies instead of three for an extra nickel. Truthfully i should have got their names but i was so shocked with the help i received i decided just to let you know. I live in a big city and i have never had the positive response i received at your store today. If there was an award for being great people your store would win hands down. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

showed up at 2155 this evening, only to be greeted by a disrespectful punk behind a closed door telling my wife that she had arrived to late to buy some milk. She tried to inform said insolent that there were still 4 minuets left to the work day, as stated by the store hours sign. We were turned away with a gesture of shrugging shoulder, not sure if it was insolents way of stating he did not know the time, not sure don't care, so me and another pissed of customer went to Safeway. Thank you for showing us your loyalty to customers. My 500.00$ bi weekly groceries will always be bought else where. I don't ever want to give my hard earned money to any company that has customer service like that. This is a reflection of Management. Garbage

I cannot handle the save on foods in Cranbrook. Don’t get me wrong, I love Save On foods but the Cranbrook store falls short in every single aspect. If I could give 0 stars - I would. I have had items stolen by cashiers, I have been refused refunds for them by management, the lines are always HORRIBLY long yet for the last three years I am told they are understaffed. With the amount of workers desperate for a job in cranbrook we know this can’t truthfully be the case. Not only this, the staff are always always rude. Also, prices are disgusting

Last night I went to the store in Cranbrook. While picking a few things a young lady worker approached me and asked if I need any help or if I was finding everything alright. I replied yes and began a short conversation with her. We then went separate ways. Two rows later I see her helping a very old lady. The respect, kind heartedly display that the young lady had reminded me of my own daughters. Parents excellent job on raising this one and Save on foods managers better recognize this type of staff. I love the awesome produce at this store! It's usually a bit more expensive than the giant grocery store, but the quality of the meat and produce totally make up for it. Unlike other supermarkets in the area, this store actually sells truly local seasonal produce as well as small local business products like pickles, hot sauce, and fresh ground coffee. Docked one star because there aren't enough tills for peak times, which can be alarmingly busy. Aside from that, its the best grocery store in the area;
