I'm not impressed by this customer service. The manager was trying to stop my friends from buying an "alcoholic beverage" so called as sparkling wine, first of all why would you think that they would sell actual wine at a dollar store? Being a manager and all. Your management needs improvement, I would never treat anyone like this, everytime I walk I there, the employees are constantly glaring. Just horrible customer service, my friends and I will not return.

Shop here frequently. As usual satisfied with the inventory and overall store....Only one negative comment on my last visit. Many customers not following the isle direction arrows pasted on the floor and staff notice this but don't enforce it. So either politely remind customers to follow the signed direction or remove the arrows altogether.

Sterling Mall Dollarama has really improved from its generally boring, dull and out of style look/scene from it's past years to become more appealing! From the checkout to the isles there's more organization, selection and it looks much cleaner fresher and improved in many other ways, both small and large. Pretty good store. Can be messy, and products aren't always top-notch quality. Atmosphere is decent. Items range from 90 cents (chocolate bar) to $4. The thing that really sets this place apart from other dollar stores is the amount of products they carry. From notebooks, hairbrushes, hats and shampoo to dog toys, cat food, books and more, it has lots of variety. There are even some name brand products here. A good place to go if you are a wise shopper.

Every time I go into this store I’m shocked by how rude the employees are. I’ve talked to multiple people and they all agree that Dollarama has some of the rudest staff in Cranbrook. I love this dollarama. I only wish the store would enforce the directional arrows for the aisles and proper face mask wearing. The aisles are close and I don't think anyone thinks about the direction they are going, it's really annoying especially when we are trying to keep COVID numbers down. We need more signs everywhere educating people on proper face mask wearing as well. If it's not covering your nose it's not effective. I find this store particularly bad for not following guidelines.

I come in and I see a man of an extremely suspicious look (delinquent) take the card reader what I had never seen before just after a customer leaves we take the card reader however he did not have the defective air. So I come back to pay and just after my departure I observe the same phenomenon. Obviously we can take that for paronymy. A week later, as if by chance, suspicious transactions are made from the card. Coincidentally I don't think the bank would ask me if I suspect someone I said without hesitation a bearded 6 foot wandering man seems to be of Arab origin. If you ever have an employee that looks like the description, I would wonder if I were you. (Original) Alors tout cette histoire a commencé il y'a quelques mois j'y suis allé faire mes course donc voilà je vais a la caisse pis la je sors ma carte de crédit. Je rentre la carte tous se passe bien donc voilà payement accepté. Je repart avec mes articles, j'arrive à ma voiture et je me rends compte avoir oublié d'acheter de l'eau minérale donc je me redirige vers le magasin . Je rentre et je vois un homme d'une allure extrêmement suspect (délinquant) prendre le lecteur de carte ce que je n'avais jamais vu auparavant juste après q'un client parte on prends le lecteur de carte pourtant il n'avait pas l'air défectueux. Donc je reviens pour payer et juste après mon départ j'observe le même phénomène. Évidement on peut prendre ça pour de la paronymie. Une demaine plus tard comme par hasard des transactions suspectes sont faites à partir de la carte . Coïncidence je ne pense pas la banque ma demander si je suspecter quelqu’un j'ai dit sans hésitation un homme de 6 pieds barbu style vagabond semble être d'origine arabe . Si jamais vosu avez un employé ressemblant a la description je me poserais des questions si j'étais vous.
