Do not stay here. So much wrong with this hotel. Hard to list it all. Pool and entire courtyard were closed during our stay. Desk staff was initially ‘unaware’ as to whether it was open or not. No discount was offered. Be sure and phone to ask if all amenities are available, as their website doesn’t report closures at the time of booking. According to a local, this hotel has been going downhill ever since the latest management took over

Probably one of the best places I have stayed in. Free cookies, and a little hockey game set at reception! Wonderful staff, who adjusted our price with no prompting by us. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. There was a hole under the sink which was most certainly from a mouse. Our pillows were covered in hair and there was a stain on the top sheet. It was so bad that I could not stay there. I was forced to pay half of the rate. I don’t have a ton of money so wasting a $100 says a lot about the state of the room. Would not recommend.

The AC isn’t working and it’s very hot! Impossible to sleep at night. Although staff is nice and accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s not worth it with the AC completely broken and it feel is like +30 in the room. Make sure to check if the AC has been fixed prior to your stay.

OK place to stay for a night. Decent outdoor pool, very friendly staff. Renovations are underway so that limits the # of rooms they have available.

Room was old. Bathroom fan looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Front of the mini fridge had tons of finger prints and smudges so obviously had not been cleaned. Makes one wonder what else was not cleaned when they should be following Covid 19 sanitizing practices. Took pics and showed to clerk at checkout and asked for a discount/refund. They offered to give a discount if we came back to stay with them again, that won’t be happening.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Quiet rooms. Restaurant was amazing.

Room was clean, everyone was very nice and the breakfasts were good. Parking wasn't ideal, but not a deal breaker.

Our room was cancelled without any communication because a staff member assumed it was a duplicate reservation due to the same last name. Different first name, different address, different credit card, different room. We were then charged an additional $70 per night for the same room we had booked since it was “last minute” Room keys were continuously cancelled and zero staff members were on site so the lineup was horrendous for people checking in. Just a fail. Frustrated.

The front lobby is beautiful and they have coffee, water, and snacks at the front. The continental breakfast is awesome with made to order omelets and egg wraps and more! The only downside is that the room feels cheap with cheap looking wall paper. Other than that it is good.

Outside Patio was nice to have since the room was supposed to be non pet but it had pets before as I got stuffed up. So spent time on the patio instead. Warm breakfast was handy. The Air Con worked ok. Decent size mini fridge. Helpful to have microwave.

Tidy spot. Exceptionally poor internet if you are more than 3 rooms from the lobby.

It really was okay for what we needed, a quick reservation from a highway closure. The wall had these shiny raised caulking plugs that at first looked like goop which was concerning at first. A well used hotel for sure, but NO hairs on the pillows or mattress!! I checked well. Nothing. Clean. We slept well and the continental breakfast was really good! And I think it's thanks to their breakfast serving employee, who had story's and was generous and human to talk to. Started our next morning Right.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The price was great. It obviously has gone through a major reno and it looks great. I will definitely stay there again.

Check in was fantastic. As they are currently doing some renos I asked for a recomedation for dinner and was very happy with that As well. Great service all around . Chocolate happy hour was a pleasant treat after dinner. Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. I recommend if your traveling through the area and need a clean comfortable and happy place to stay that you stay at the Days Inn in Cranbrook. They truly have a great team. Thanks

The place is older but clean overall. The only problem was that the room was cold and the heater didnt work. The lady later on told us that they turn the heat off in the summer.
