This is one of my bigger mistake to put my kid in this daycare! Locked kid in the bathroom for punishment is just so wrong!!!!

My son is 18 months, and has been going to Superkids since he was 12 months old. We've had an excellent experience so far. We chose this daycare after visiting, getting good feedback from people in my mom group who had their kids at Superkids. This was the most organized, professional, clean daycare I visited in the Cote des Neiges area. 6 months later, I still have the same impression. My son loves his educators and is happy when we drop him off at daycare, loves to play there. He eats well and sleeps well there. The older kids are well behaved and play well with my son (briefly spends time with older kids between 7-8 am after being dropped off, then the rest of the day is spent in the infant room). Knowing he is in a fun, safe learning environment is reassuring, and I don't worry at work knowing he is in good hands. The infant room is bilingual and they offer French or English rooms for older kids Parents get a monthly newsletter, daily verbal feedback from the educators, texts + photo updates via the Class Dojo app. They are reliably open on snowy days, etc which is helpful for those of us who work in healthcare and need reliable childcare. Only closed on the usual holidays. The cost is pretty standard, same as other daycares I looked at. Only con I would mention is that there are 4-5 stairs to get into the building, making it tricky to use a stroller, although some do. I want to address some older reviews about kids switching rooms frequently, issues with the previous Van Horne location... None of these have been issues for us and I would not let these older reviews deter you from this wonderful daycare.

Superkids is a wonderful daycare that I strongly recommend for my friends and other families. My son feels comfortable and no crying even at the first week. Their all staffs are well trained and passion with their job. Ms. Theresa of the baby class is a wonderful teacher who takes care of my son and helps him much for these first days at school. The admin - Mr. Sam always stands by us and support for all we need. We really want to say Thank You to all people at Superkids for all good things they have done for my son - Justin Nguyen and my family so far <3

I don't recommend this daycare! Clean new daycare... But: 1) Although they advertise video equipment and cameras and that you can access them, this never became available. When I asked it was always about to change the following week. Then they said they are putting it to vote to parents. They either don't work or this is just an advertising gimick. 2) They move children from one room to another frequently, they also change caregivers frequently. My child was moved twice without notifying me. 3) Each week my child came home hurt, hungry, and thirsty. She had bruises, bite marks, scratches, etc. When I complained I was told "this is how children are" with a rather patronizing tone. When there were no changes and my child was repeatedly hurt and they refused to take responsibility or change the situation I took my child out.

My family and I love Superkids. All the educators and staff are well educated and friendly people. The center maintains an impeccable standard of cleanliness and care. The educators are always very attentive to each individual child and their needs, and the children thrive and have a great time being engaged and learning every day. My son is going to this daycare since he was 11 months old and he is almost 5 years old now. They were very flexible with his transition in his first weeks, which I really appreciated. It’s a very good day care with a lot of extra activities (jiu-jitsu, yoga, dance, music classes), very illuminated and with caring teachers. Cecilia is really a lovely teacher. Puis a 9h00 tout le monde rejoins sa classe pour les activités qui sont variables chaque semaine. ils font du jiu jitsu, les cours de ballet, cours d'espagnole, lecture d'histoire avec un narrateur , des activités scientifiques , cours de cuisine, sortie extérieurs ( visite jardin botanique, parcs, bibliothèques) etc....bref un programme chargé mais très interessant permettant aux enfant de se developer de façon spectaculaire. la propriétaire Mme Alexandra Mikhaielova n'hésite pas sur les dépenses, les enfants mangent bien , des repas équilibrés, les sorties sont prises en charges en générale , nous payons parfois des sommes vraiment symboliques et les installations sont rénovées, propres et adaptés. les éducatrices sont toutes diplomés, on voit le background de chaque éducatrice ou éducateur accroché a l'entrée de chaque classe. je tiens a remercier du fond du coeur Mme.Shirley Londono qui a fait un travail exceptionnel avec notre enfant ainsi que Mme cécilia, lisa, May, Rym Maricela et que me pardonne celles que j'ai oubliée de mentionner. je recommande a toute maman paranoïaque :) !!! vous déposer votre enfant et vous savez qu'il est entre de très bonnes mains. We recently moved to Montreal and were on the lookout for a daycare for my son. After visiting several ones in the area, the only one that was neat, secure and provided a good environment for care was Super kids. My son has been going to Superkids for the past two months now and he enjoys been there. They have several activities like Jiu-Jitsu, ballet etc that is included in their program. I am amazed and proud to say that superkids daycare is the number one daycare in montreal. Of all daycares i previously worked this daycare is a 5 star, if i can give higher rating i would rate it over and over again. Its only my second week working there and i am so happy with the eductional programs offerred to the children. I couldnt have had a better director then Ms Alexandra she is so caring and friendly, she is very kind and is there to make sure that you as an employee is ok and doing well with your work. As for the colleagues every one is so nice, They all welcomed me as if i was there for a life time. The daycare is super neat and i fell in love with the daycare the very minute i saw it for myself and i highly recommend this daycare to all parents. Its a place where your children will get the proper care and education ????

It is truly a pleasure and an honor for me to be part of the Superkids Academy Team. I have the opportunity to work with some very skilled educators, and the Management Team helps ensure that the work environment is very friendly and welcoming for staff, children, and their parents. If I were to grade Management, I would give them an A+! We receive regular refresher training sessions to keep us updated on the latest techniques, regulations, and best practices. This is great for the continued professional development of an educator such as myself. Plus, it is satisfying to see the children develop, and to know that we are playing an important role in their education. It is a great place to work!

Our son was at Superkids for a year and a couple of months. We had a wonderful experience there. Teachers are extremely caring and thoughtful. Entire staff is really nice. Teachers send daily pictures of the kids and sometimes even video. We got to see how well our son was doing throughout his entire time there. This really gave us peace of mind when he started since this was his first daycare. Our impression was that teachers truly care for the children under their responsibility. We are extremely thankful for all your hard work.

My child was with Superkids since he was 4 months just until 15 months (we moved to Toronto next). My son attends the daycare for about 18months now. The daycare is always very clean, the classes are small and well organized. Parents receive monthly calendar notifying them about daily activities, that are monthly themed. The chef cooks from fresh and seasonal ingredients. There is a lot of extra activities like jiu-jitsu, bale, Spanish class, music class. Also I enjoy the designated parking in front and private backyard park.

I strungly do not suggest this daycare, it has very non poliet owner and she told us a laying story about sudennly change the place. My son was always hungry when he came back home. The owner just think about money. If you love your kids do not put your babys in this terrible place.

Both my girls (8 months and 2 yrs 8 months) have been going to SuperKids for the past 4 months and they love it here. The teachers are very caring and focused on providing the children with a well balanced education. They often go out to the park (when the weather is nice) and they also offer other activities like Yoga, Spanish lessons and Jijitsu! The administrators are also very communicative and always very prompt to respond to any questions you have. My kids love Superkids and I do too!

My child has attended SuperKids on Victoria Ave for a little over 3 years. We are very happy with the service provided. SuperKids makes a concerted effort to provide exciting activities and a happy, safe environment for the children. In addition, if we had any concerns or worries these were quickly addressed by the administration. My son will be attending pre-k this year having learnt numerous skills at SuperKids such as being able to count and spell his name beautifully. This is thanks to his educators. In regards to the staff we found the majority to be dedicated and very approachable. A particular favorite of ours was Ed! My only criticism is that there isn't more French spoken in the daycare. This being said, I feel the efforts put in by the administration/staff in all other areas more than compensates for this. If we had to do it again, we would put my son into this daycare. As a final point, as mentioned by other reviewers, the daycare uses the ClassDojo app to provide parents with updates and photos of class activities. This was brilliant! Also, SuperKids respects the safety/privacy of children on social media, something very important to me and a reason I chose the daycare in the first place. Thought is put into posts and an effort is made not to post images showing the children's faces where possible.

Being that our daughter is our first child, we were a little nervous at first leaving her with strangers. Les enfants finissent par créer des liens particuliers avec certains éducateurs comme mon fils avec Tatiana qu’il ne cesse de demander. Bref, une belle garderie humaine et un personnel qui n’hésite pas à faire plus que son possible. Résultat, sa petite sœur vient de commencer la même garderie et son frère en est à sa deuxième année. Vous aurez compris que c’est une garderie à recommander autant de fois que possible.

Our son was with Superkids Academy for 3 years and we are very happy with the quality of care and attention they provide. We have our child with this daycare from age 12mo to 4 1/2year old. He loved the space, all the educators are lovely humans who share their passion for learning with the little ones. It was an experience with many positive memories. Lots of activities, field trips big and small to explore the world and neighbourhood. Many schedules weekly activities from music, dance, gymnatiques and even special activity for different seasons. When you go pickup outside during warm months in their playground beside building it make you feel good to see all kids playing together in harmony. The building is clean, we like very much the regular daily cleaning and our child rarely catch colds to bring home. Special thank you to Alexandra for organizing such a wonderful daycare experience and Priyanka who oversee administration is so great to keep me on track.

My daughter for 2 years, it's a great daycare, rich and varied activities, stimulating for our children, educators are professional and attentive to the needs of each child, bilingual daycare, and clean and safe with court back large enough for outdoor activities. possibility to park summer and winter to go to drop off or pick up children. The educators walk the children safely to the park in the area, out at the botanical garden and lots of other things. In short, I do not lose any praise! I highly recommend! Ma fille depuis 2ans, c'est une super garderie, activités riches et variées, stimulant pour nos enfants, les éducatrices sont professionnelles et a l'écoute des besoins de chaque enfant, garderie bilingue,et propre et sécuritaire avec court arrière assez grande pour activités a l'extérieur. possibilité de stationner été comme hiver pour aller déposer ou récupérer ses enfants. Les éducatrices promènent les enfants en toutes sécurité au parc du secteur, sorti au jardin botanique et pleins d'autres choses. Bref, je ne tari pas d'éloges! Je recommande fortement!

It's more like an evacuation center than a daycare. They closed their 2nd branch in van Horne saying there's water infiltration but the truth is they're going bankrupt. The owner keep on lying to parents about the real situation. Then they cancelled the contract of our child Tuesday then we have to find a new daycare in 3 days!! I strongly do not recommend putting your child here. It's a terrible and stressful experience.

Our little boy spent one full happy year with Superkids. The staff is very friendly with kids and parents and the teaching content is rich and diverse. The classrooms are big, modern, and clean. We highly recommend this pre-school!

It’s always hard to leave your child in someone else’s hands, but I am absolutely confident in all the staff that works here. They are always smiling, in a good mood, the facilities are super clean and well maintained and the communication is easy with every educator. The activities are varied, educative and i always feel like my child is well cared for. My daughter is the proof, she LOVES her educators, and runs into their arms to hug them. You can’t fake that kind of bond. Good job Superkids team! ????????????
