We had really good communication with the directors of the daycare Elisa and Vanessa at all times. I'm really sad that we have to leave because of the move. My son loves going to the daycare! We definitely have friends for life from here. The food is amazing, once my son told me that he doesn't want the food that I ordered for him, but he wants real food like in his daycare! The educators are wonderful, we went 'cold turkey' with the potty training (no pull-ups, just dealing with the puddle and saying that next time he should go to the potty) and they were super supportive, and he was potty trained in no time! My son didn't know how to jump at almost 3y/o. I asked the daycare to work with him around this and now he jumps with no fear! I could go on and on with more examples but the most important thing is that the people that will take care of your kid are willing to hear you as a parent and they will make everything to make sure that you and your child are happy!

Excellent daycare. A right mix of creative programs, education, fun activities and lots of love and care. Endearing educators who took good care of our child. A special shout out to Elisa and her team composed of Dina, Harpreet, Zara and Renu all of whom work as a team to provide outstanding care and support. Thank you all for the love, care and education bestowed upon our little angel. Relocation forces us to change the garderie else would have never moved our child from here. Highly recommended.

My daughter is very happy at this day care. She has lots of friends and loves the educators, and I feel I also have a good relationship with the educators. The park across the street is perfect and has just been remodeled by the city, so it's brand new, and there is a gym area for the kids to play inside for rainy and snowy days. I also like that the facility is open-concept, so the different groups can interact and learn from each other to make transitioning easier. The kids have gone on some fun field trips, and they've had educational visits from the fire & police departments. I've had phone calls from other day cares whose waiting lists I was on, and I've refused them all. I will keep my daughter here until she is ready for school!

My son was in this daycare only for few months but he loved it there so much. Educators are so nice, they do a lot of activities with kids, also activities including parents, they a big indoor playground, and outdoor playground across the street, they go for walks daily. It’s bilingual garderie - English and French❤️. We highly recommend this daycare.

Our 2 year old daughter loves Garderie Montreal West. She started this summer and the transition to a new daycare was so smooth and easy. The team makes sure both the kids and the parents are happy. They have great fun weekly activities, like story time at the local library, dancing, science, and they get outside as often as possible . It is a caring and very kind environment. My daughter is learning, having so much fun and comes home super happy everyday.

The baby room is far too small for the number of children (10) in there. The 10 high chairs and 2 exercausers take up more than half the room. At most daycares, children eat in a separate dining area. When I picked up my son, he was eating a foot from where the babies have their diaper changed. Hygiene issues — one of the babies was playing with a diaper pail that the educator had left on the ground. There were a few toys on ledges out of reach in the room but I never saw any children playing with the toys. I suspect it is because they do not have sufficient room in the small space to leave the toys around. When I asked what my baby had had for lunch, one of the educators said she did not know. The other educator said she believed that it was “mushed up Chinese food” because they purée for the baby room (up to 18 months) what the toddlers are eating. Half the babies were crying a lot when I was there. More than typical. This daycare seems to please parents in the older groups but does not seem adequate for baby care - especially at the high price being charged. I pulled my child out after one day of care. On the positive side — The manager seems like a very nice caring person. She was genuinely interested in hearing my feedback when we announced we would be leaving. She indicated that they would be bringing changes to the baby room soon. I hope that’s the case for the families who are there.

My son loves his daycare and my daughter will soon be joining him. The educators are amazing. They have been so helpful and patient with my son, as he is normally very shy. They have a wonderful, healthy menu every week. There's a great park right across the street and on days that the weather isn't cooperating they have an indoor gym.
