(Translated) Very poor service and lousy management, I deposited a payment two weeks in advance when registering my child while I did not sign any document that announces when is what to notify that my child is going to leave to collect them, I sent a request to terminate the contract before the start of a new month (which is paid) and I was refused a refund of the deposit for those two weeks. I am not at all satisfied with their services and I do not recommend this establishment at all. (Original) Très mauvais service et une direction nulle, j'ai déposé un payement de deux semaines a l'avance lors de l'enregistrement de mon enfant alors que je n'ai signe aucun document qui annonce quand est ce qu'il faut que je prévient que mon enfant va quitter pour les récupérer, j'ai envoyé une demande de résiliation de contrat avant le début d'un nouveau mois (qui est paye) et on a refuse de me faire rembourser le dépôt de ces deux semaines. Je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite de leurs services et je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.
