It took me a place like the daycare imagination to be able to leave with a calm head and a peaceful heart, leaving it to the fabulous educators to take care of my baby. My daughter is now 2.5, she is bilingual and loves to do activities such as dance, music, the arts, lots of other creative activities and much more that Imagination West daycare organizes for children. I LOVE this daycare and my daughter too, so much that sometimes she doesn't even want to come home anymore;) (Original) Ma fille va à cette garderie depuis qu'elle à 7 mois. Ça me prenais un endroit comme la garderie imagination pour pouvoir partir la tête tranquille et le coeur en paix en laissant le soin aux fabuleuses éducatrices de prendre si soin de mon bébé. Ma fille a maintenant 2.5, elle est bilingue et adore faire des activités comme la danse, la musique, les arts, pleins d'autres activités créatives et plus encore que la garderie Imagination West organise pour les enfants. J'ADORE cette garderie et ma fille aussi, tellement que parfois elle ne veut même plus revenir à la maison ;)

Garderie Imagination West was probably the best daycare I could ever dream of... My daughter developed and built strong friendships with the other kids and learned the most important skills: how to make good decisions, how to express herself, play the piano and dance ballet, good manners, creative arts and how to create and clean up a fun mess!!! Both our kids are at Imagination daycare. Great big clean space, all the educators are amazing, food is fresh and healthy. You know you are at the right daycare when all the kids look happy and stimulated. The best!!!

Amazing daycare, Staff is caring, loving involved and always ready to listen and work as a team with family. Lots of spaces to give opportunity for creativity and self expression movement. Nice varied menu homemade menu! Children are eating things like spinach and tofu and absolutely loving it! Children come out bilingual and ready for school. Well rounded school!

When my daycare closed with a seven days notice in July, I run to Imagination and got the chance to meet the owner Andrea. Despite the fact that Imagination has a long waiting list, she understood the hurry for us parents to find a solution for our children and offered us a spot for the. month of August without any guarantee that we could keep the spot in September. Andrea was very proactive with an open mindset, she calmed us down saying ' I will see what I can do but I will help you'. It was such a relieve for us. As parents, when you leave your child to daycare in the morning, you want someone that can handle any type of situation, that can reinsure you, parents, that everything will be ok and that's the feeling I had at Imagination. I came totally unannounced after I got the closing notice from my previous daycare, and Andrea gave me a tour of the facility. The educators where happy to welcome my child and his friend for a short period of time. Every morning, the educator at the door will greet us with a big smile and those attention means a lot to me. Imagination is the only daycare I visited with a REAL bilingualism program with one educator in French and one in English in the same class. There is a curriculum in place that run all year long. My child learned so much new vocabulary since he was at Imagination. I highly recommend this daycare and would like to take the opportunity to thanks all the team members for the amazing time my son had in the month of August.

My son attended Imagination from a toddler up until he went into elementary school. It is a fantastic daycare! Communication with the owners and staff is easy and you always feel your child is in safe hands. They have a private chef who makes delicious and healthy meals daily and the facilities are immaculately clean. Highly recommend!

Clean, bright, accommodating- all around a really special place! My 15 month old walks into her classroom and hugs her teacher every time I drop her off, that says something! The staff is beyond caring!

After informing the assistant director that long nails and false nails for educators can promote hand contamination and make washing more difficult, she simply replied that this was our point of view and that we had no evidence on the veracity of our words. Our child the next day had a fever! Other incidents occurred in a short time. No snack given because we had dropped off our child 5 min after this ... Industrial Mayonaise given to our 11 month old child ... We asked for an appointment with the director, it was not granted to us because she was never available. So, we decided to remove our child from this daycare, when we went to get his personal effects, we found them in a ball, not folded, with his beautiful drawings inside the bag, all crumpled! This is how the child is taken into consideration in this daycare! They have taken much more care of our money than our child. To avoid absolutely (Original) Nous sommes en train de déposer une plainte à l’encontre de cette garderie. Personnel très jeune, avec peu d’experience professionnel. Après avoir fait part à la directrice adjointe que les ongles longs, les faux ongles des éducatrices peuvent favoriser la contamination des mains et rendent plus difficile un bon lavage, elle nous a simplement répondu que c’etait notre point de vue et que nous n’avions aucune preuve sur la véracité de nos propos. Par ailleurs, nous avons retrouvé notre enfant avec le nez qui coule jusqu’au menton, frissonnant, en tenue légère, à l’ombre et dans le vent alors qu’il y avait 3 éducatrices autour de lui, assises par terre, au soleil avec leur très belle lunette. Notre enfant, le lendemain, avait de la fièvre! D’autres incidents sont survenus en peu de temps. Pas de collation donné car nous avions déposé notre enfant 5 min après celle-ci... Mayonaise industriel donné à notre enfant de 11 mois... Nous avons demandé un rendez-vous avec la directrice, il ne nous a pas été accordé car elle n’etait jamais disponible. Ainsi, nous avons décidé de retirer notre enfant de cette garderie, lorsque nous sommes allés chercher ses effets personnels, nous les avons trouvé en boule, non pliés, avec ses beaux dessins à l’intérieur du sac, tous froissés! Voilà, comment l’enfant est pris en considération dans cette garderie! Ils ont apporté beaucoup plus de soins à notre argent qu’a notre enfant. A éviter absolument

my 2 kids went there few years, my oldest during 3 years and the youngest for 1 year but it is not a safe place at all for you children. They ended up three time at the hospital for three different accidents that occured there and that could have been avoided if the place would have had the appropriate safety; even though I spoke about the unsafety of the p^lace to the owner and she did nothing about, which suggested me that she does not care about the safety of the children.
