Very poor service. Éducatrice is very rude.Always on her phone. When you ask about what the children did during the day. They tell you they don't know that it was a different educatrice in charge in the morning. You don't even get to know what your child eat. I spoke with the propriétaire, they decided to start keeping daily journals but unfortunately, the journals give only general report like child slept at 1pm played and eat.( of cause i know he will eat, play and sleep) The head Éducatrice has shown alot of incompétence but the propriétaire can not discipline her because she is her daughter. Another very bad expérience i had. I told the daycare my child has potty trained successfully. I stopped bringing diappers to the daycare but when i come very early than usual to get my child. I find her in a diaper. That sufferred my effort and i also find it very wrong to use other chidren's diaper on other children( note that this was not a one time incident)
