I really like this Walmart it's a very convenient location to me only 6 min away. And the service is always really great. Just wish they wouldn't keep changing the entrance and exit. From entering into the exit then exiting from the entrance. Not a big deal just seems to create allot of confusion.

If I could give a 0 star I would! I was harassed at the entrance! I got denied entrance to get my essential necessities such as food after waiting in line, in the cold because I exchanged words with someone I know. The security guy was basically harassing me and wouldn’t let me in! I’m a pregnant woman trying to get food! I haven’t broken any of the rules they set in place but the uneducated security guy kept telling me that I wasn’t allowed inside because I spoke to someone I know! He kept insisting that we’re family and that we live together. When I told him that I’m not related to her, he went in saying how I’m her daughter. When I AGAIN, told him that I wasn’t and I’m not related he told me that I’m her grand daughter so I’m not allowed in the store! I’m not related to the woman which means that I’m not her daughter, her grand daughter or anything such as nor do I live with her not that it’s any of his business!! Absolutely horrible service! THIS IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!!!

The layout of this particular Wal-Mart is very unusual and a bit difficult to navigate. There were 2 registers open, but an oddly large amount of employees doing stock. I could not locate the bathrooms after searching for them. We were able to locate all of the items we came for, though.

Totally disgusted with on line orders not being taken care of because of the pandemic. Beware third party items are impossible to return. Someone wasn’t doing their jobs during the pandemic. I know many people in Cornwall ontario having mega hard times returning on line orders that we couldn’t return while the store was closed in the last 4 months. Get your covid stuff together, we’ve been through enough during covid without the cost of being stuck with orders you won’t refund.

Arrived to stay overnight with our rv. Signs posted saying no overnight parking, however; staff welcomed us and we stayed the night. Despite being in a busy spot with restaurants and the LCBO nearby, it was a quiet night. Nice to hear the trains!! Recommend!!

This store serves eastern Ontario, western Quebec and the Akwesasne. It can get very busy with line ups that weave around the store. They also have a difficult time keeping stock on the shelves, especially sale items.

I use this super center for online grocery pick up! It's so easy and convenient. I'm able to place my order day/night before while the kids are in bed and pick up next day without issue! They pick the freshest of produce and meats and I've yet to have any problems. I've used this service so much that they've given me $15 off my next 4 online orders! I will continue to use this service which is both quick and efficient.

Compared to other super centers it's severely lacking, they have less variety in sections than they did before it became a super center. Also the lack of anyone around to help when you have questions and even when you find someone they are not knowledgeable at all about what there is or where to find it. Lastly the toy section is terrible I have seen winners locations with better toys and more variety.

The online website is an absolute dumpster fire. They are trying to compete with Amazon but don't have their site optimized for online shopping making navigation a nightmare. The option to search by what's available in store still shows items that are online only and never give you any indication what is and isn't available without manually checking each individual listing. It's impossible to do curbside pickup for anything but groceries because of this which is a huge oversight. It's so awful to navigate that I've all but given up trying. In trying to compete with Amazon they've steered customers away.

This is the most dis- organized store I’ve ever shopped in, today I went to the pharmacy to purchase Senokot laxitives & stool softeners only to find your selves bare, upon enquirey I was told they are changing suppliers. I should think you’d of kept some brand for customers until your new supplier got to you. Also you used to have a house plant section & plant supply’s, today I was directed to produce for house plants only to find the poorest selection of only cut flowers & maybe three house plants that were half dead to start with. Your staff was very arrogant when questioned & as a result I won’t be shopping Walmart any time soon again. Pom bread was also $3.69 a loaf & same bread can be purchased at Food Basics for $1.99 a loaf, so for a store that advertises best prices I don’t see it here at your store, but I do see price gouging.

Nice store. With covid 19, they are still allowing returns with receipt which is good, depending on which end you are. The store is well lit and one can move around easily when it is not crowded. Lots of parking spaces as usual and the staff is not too pushy when you tell them you don't need the WM credit card.

It has become a full new plaza which will be adding Winners very shortly and it brings population to the small wonderful city of Cornwall.

Put bar codes on your products and NEVER tell your customer they'll have to wait a while or get it themselves. I should not have had to leave the self checkout to get the bar code that was attached to the shelf, only to come back and find the same service rep letting someone else check there stuff out with mine? This is the 3rd time I have left your store without buying anything simply because I couldn't check out. The last time it was because of gift cards. Should have ordered on Amazon.

It is one of the worst places to go. Slow cashiers no help to be found when you need help and on a busy Friday night only 5 checkouts open and hundreds of people trying to get what they need and go home. I stood in line for almost an hour to get to pay for what I wanted. Cornwall Walmart is the worst I have ever been to and I travel all over Canada and the United states and Cornwall has to be one of the worst I have had the honor to have to shop at. I don't recommend it to anyone but where else is people going to shop at in Cornwall. People have no other place to go but it is the worst.

I try not to shop here because I feel guilty every time I do knowing the wages that they pay their employees and the sourcing of their products. And their prices are not that good but they do match some prices from other stores but then again that means that they're putting other stores out of business and when they do go out of business you know they're going to raise their prices way up.

Today was a very busy day at Walmart. Not enough cashiers. The baskets are much too big if they were smaller wouldn't have to wait 10 minutes in each aisles. Not everybody is happy when shopping and we often get big eyes .It's not relaxing g to shop at Walmart.

I shop regularly at Walmart. Have usually have had no bad experience. But I did have one last week. I went to the deli department .A young lad called Joey served me..He was on his phone and when I made a noise for him to served me.. he sighed n really loud asked" what do you want" . He was rude and made it known I was interrupting him. Was not please on how I was treated

Absolutely the worse Walmart I’ve ever been too! Never have shelves stocked and close down all express lanes unless self check out and only 4 cashes open!!! Honestly since they’ve opened in the new location I avoid at all cost if I can by my products else where, which I typically do.

This location was busy and the shelves weren't all stocked. Came in for some fresh hot food for dinner, all they had was whole roast or BBQ chicken and samosas. No fries/wedges, no wings, nothing. Settled on just the roasted chicken and samosas, and they were pretty good to be honest! The samosas tasted pretty authentic along with the tamarind chutney. Chicken was a okay, no wow factor but did the job. Wanted to get some prepped lunch packs, but shelves in that section of the fridge were empty. I was there two day before any they were empty too, making the trip two days after, hoping that they would have restocked, it was not the case. :( Check out was clean, organized and quick though.

Just found out that they won’t price match any store outside of Cornwall city limits. Except Toys’r’Us which is over an hour away. Even though a lot of customers have to drive twenty minutes to get to this Walmart. What good is a price match if this store picks and chooses which store to match.

Walked up to the self checkout. Watched an employee clean a couple of POS in a row. He didn't acknowledge me so I walked up to one he had just cleaned. The guy walked to me and started yelling in my face with his mask under his nose yelling about how I need to wait for him to tell me where to go. To clarify, he was inches from my face and refused to back up when I asked him to keep 2 meters apart. He also said he's more protected cuz he's wearing gloves. What's the point of your mask isn't properly on your face..? I've never had an employee yell at me at a store before. Definitely reporting this one. Skip this store.

So they sell you broken headphones as soon as you get outside with them and find out they don't work and you try to return them not even 30 mins later they drop the covid no return excuse great way to get rid of your broken stock !!!

Was aggressively confronted today at Cornwall's Walmart while entering the self-check out line by a Covid cop cleaner who insisted that I can't read. If she wasn't an older lady I may have been less passive. Mental illness is rampant. I guess I can't blame her! Blame Trudeau and Ford.

Very nice staff. They are courteous all the time. Only issue I find is there should be some spare baskets in which things that fall on floor by slipping or accidently by the customers, can be put into. Otherwise customers put those dirty ones back with good stuff on the shelves or baskets. Or there can be signs in place to guide customers. Let's keep citizens healthy happy aware and smiling ????

They pretty much “promised” and strongly incited that I would get the job, even telling me to cancel another interview that I had with them because I would get the position that desperately needed workers, yet I still got declined somehow for some reason. Very misleading and untruthful. Also, Dennis the manager has a horrible attitude and doesn’t know how to treat people respectably. Such a joke of an employee.

I'm not sure what's happening in this town at 10:30 am on a Wednesday, but there was a huge lineup to get to the cashiers, and no one at the self check-out. Store was clean and well stocked. Found everything I needed except some Hydrasense for babies.

Half the time what you go for is out of stock, the produce in the food sections of the store is almost never fresh because They stockpile it. And now theyve replaced Cashiers with machines where i gotta do everything myself. I REALLY Dislike that. But when it comes down to it, theyre some of the cheapest in electronics, Junk food, Toys, Commodities, Toiletries, and any other household junk you may need lol!
