The food is fresh and there are many foods there that can't be found at most grocery stores. Prices seem to be higher than other stores, but they do price match. I don't like the layout, it's very confusing.

I like the covid safety measures taken. Good to go when not too busy. Well stocked and choice is good. Staff at checkout are not always pleasant, I know they are under stress and they are tired but still, they could at least be more pleasant.

Only comment I have is that cart staff need to be retrained to ensure public safety. July 10th 2021 at 10am I entered the store, as I reached out to grab a cart, I noticed the staff took cart from exiting customer and brought straight to the entering section. Did not sanitize and kept doing the same!! I had to sanitize the cart myself. If you expect customers to social distance, sanitize and what not, please ensure your staff are also practicing. Thank you.

Good sales and cleaner than the other lower priced sister chain stores. Forced flow of the store layout feels a bit confined but you end a the beer and wine section so A+ for impulse buy location. Fruits and veggies are in better shape than the other sister stores as well.

This was our first visit to any FreshCo. The store has good inventory and many amazing things. The prices were low. However the store layout can be better. Things are quite congested. Produce was very good mostly. The staff is good and friendly. Plenty of parking outside.

This store allowed a customer to shop without a mask during mandatory mask policy. I even called manager in store to let them know and they did nothing. Next review is to the BBB. Store was also dirty and likely was over capacity.

This store is not following COVID-19 Requirements, there’s no social distancing, customers walking around without masks and cashiers not cleaning the counter or the debit machine. I hope this store gets a huge fine for not caring about nor protecting their vulnerable customers.

This store is in a good place that's easy to get to from several different entrances, has good stores and services in the same plaza, and ample parking. The prices are good - there are a couple of items that are permanently priced much lower than all the other area stores, so I buy them only at FreshCo. The staff has always been very friendly to me, and I hope they're treated well by the company. Subtracting a half star because several times I've visited to find that an item I need is out of stock (staple items like large eggs or half and half, or produce like zucchini or lettuce). Subtracting another half star because there are often long lines and too few cash registers open.

I generally enjoy this store and shop here often. I was very frustrated today however as i didnt have a quarter so could not get a cart so i took a basket to carry. When i checked out i was told that I could not take the basket to my car and then bring it back. I would have to go to my car and bri g back my bags or buy bags. Not impressed

Almost never has flyer feature sale items past the first few hours on the first day of the flyer and usually puts a more expensive alternative in its place. I have gone there 30 plus times for main flyer items and they might of had 3-4 times.

Cresskill here and Cornwall Ontario it's a good spot to shop they have a lot of good deals on when they have their sales that's the reason why I like going there I recommend anybody to go there because you didn't pick up some pretty good deals when stuff is on sale Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year the other staff

This store is so clean. The produce is always fresh. The layout is great. There is a pharmacy which is fantastic. There is an alcohol section which makes for last minute dinner pairings a no brainer. The cashiers are so friendly and love to have a small chat. We love shopping here when we are in town.
