i was put in detention for growing my hair, i wasn't allowed to call my mom when i was sick or if i needed a ride, teachers there wouldn't do anything about bullying and we had a bad learning experience for the most part.

this school is the very unfair, the teachers have favorites, the education is not the best, they're low on staff members, money can get you anywhere with this school. if you dont have money to burn i don't recommend this school. They even ask for extra when ever they "feel" like they want to improve anything about if when they only add a basketball court. their is a mass amount of homework for no reason. nothing being done about bullying. I could go on forever. all in all i don't recommend this school at all. (Edit) Switch schools, highly recommend it!

Its an okay school. I'd rather be somewhere else, but most of the teachers are pretty nice and they say they care about you. However, I get alot of homework. Sometimes I'll spend like 4 hours working on homework. The other students there are okay too I guess. I made some nice friends.

Honestly, I'm a little biased with this school since I have it way easier than everyone else and I grew up going to this school, but the only problem I have with this school is just the volleyball and basketball programs. Seeing all of these former students' responses is pretty hilarious since I know them and they're usually pretty chill. Highroad isn't known as a sports school or a highly educational school or even the best Christian school, it's just a school in one of the most inconvenient locations and since I'm most likely graduating here, I've just learned to embrace the look on people's faces whenever I tell them I go to Highroad Academy and move on because honestly, it's not worth the hassle to get mad at anything really and that's coming from the angriest, rage-filled kid in my class and possibly the entire school which is me. Love the school, love the teachers and their values and I love that there's no bullying. That is my take on this school.

This school is disgusting. they have no regard for the well being of the child and the teachers favor children. Administration is just as bad. I would NEVER recommend this school to anyone. Disgusting to say the least

This school doesn't seem to have the standards it professes to have. It's all about getting your money and not caring about what happens to children. Fights break out in the schoolyard and sometimes children are injured and no one can tell you what happened. I was told point blank by one of the veteran teachers there that they don't have enough staff to adequately supervise the number of students they have.I find this appalling and cannot recommend this school to anyone :(

Stay away! It's an awful place run by incompetent administrators. They do nothing about bullying. They won't discipline bad faculty behavior either. If you love your child, do not subject them to this place!
