Pretty sad that this location is only open by appointment . I was told on the phone that all the other ones in the area are open except for this one and one other. Pretty hefty backlog they are creating as you can't get an appointment for another 5 days. Oh well guess I will drive to another city which is probably backlogged as well because this location is closed . Absolutely ridiculous .

Grey haired lady is beyond snotty, unprofessional and downright Arrogant with anyone and everyone that comes in there and makes her do her actual job. Go to renew a license card and its a big nope cuz I need a drivers test in the next 6 months so she just simply won't do it. I've dealt with phone calls after phone calls and emails about my ID card, for 2 years still havnt gotten it. I'm told it's my fault and I should have been on it. I was, I called, and called and called and everytime I got sorry its coming

I know it was a pain to drive there to then find out that you needed an appointment but I did have all the time since we are on Lock down but afterwards it was a quick experience to just walk in and get served right away...I like it...just they do need a 24hr booking system to make it convenient...Thanks

The only reason way have a problem with it plate sticker may cost 3 dollars to make. Employees make 26 dollars or more a hour so rest goes to line politics pockets.

Excellent service, office clean, signage posted concerning health and COVID regulations, hand sanitizer at door and very visible documentation to use as entering office. Entry by appointment only which was nice felt safe.
