Superstore is a great grocery store. The pharmacy is the worst one I’ve ever been in. It takes them forever to fill one small prescription. For months now the pharmacist has been blaming a new computer system. Today I took my last refill in and will never return. At drop off I was told it would be 15-20 minutes, no one was there waiting. I said okay and left the store to shop at Walmart. After over a half hour I returned to pick up. Gave my name to the pharmacist, he said just a moment, went to the counter and picked up the prescription request, THEN proceeded to fill the prescription right in front of me!! I asked him why it wasn’t ready 20 minutes after it was dropped off. His response “ we have a new computer system.” I replied “you said that over a month ago.” His response “I have to double check everything because of this new system.” I replied “you said that over a month ago, you didn’t start filling my prescription until I came back after giving you more than a half hour to fill it” His response, nothing other than to tell me how much I owed. BTW, don’t be fooled by the “drive through service”. It’s drive through to drop off your prescription. So it’s like going to McDonalds, placing your order, leaving to drive through a half hour later to pick up your food. Superstore management really needs to investigate the terrible customer service by the pharmacist. The rest of the staff are great!

Doing my thanks giving shopping at Supper Store. Found everything that I needed as usual, prices I find are a little more than your Wallmart and Food Basic's, but just as everywhere else you must know your prices. Or even better " Price Match" all that you can!! I found the store bright, clean, well staffed and *not out of all there sale items* by the middle of the week.???????? Being Handy-caped, I also like having the use of thier power buggies to help with my shopping. Overall another great shopping trip at the Supper Store.

They have the best selection and high standards, if you can afford the higher prices {especially produce} this is the grocery store for you. However if you don't have the cash, they can have great deals actually. One example would be they had macintosh apples on sale for .48 cents a pound while Food basics was selling them for .89 cents a pound. Shop the deals and loss leaders if you can't afford to shop the whole store and you'll come out ahead!

It had so many deals that I ended up buying what I didn't plan on spending money on. For example, bananas are ripe and its price is $0.29 per pound; that's excellent. In Windsor, the price would have been what it was normally regardless.

This store is good for a variety of products from groceries to housewares to clothing. They have a pharmacy as well. Their deli is great and their meat is fresh. Great produce section and pre made salads are a great deal. A good place to get a quick lunch that's not fast food. The rotisserie chicken is really good here too.

Go in for a cake. No one in the bakery. Paged someone twice . No one came by for 20 minutes. Then a older gentleman comes by, rubbing his hands threw his hair and goes to get the cake without washing his hands. It was so gross. I went to customer service to make a complaint but the lady didn't seem to Care. Such bad service. Not going back again.

It's a great store with amazing prices and an unbelievably wide variety of products, however their delivery option doesn't allow for PayPal transactions. I don't have a credit card and am unable to shop for groceries in person, as much as I want to make Superstore my primary store Walmart is the only grocer that allows the kind of payment option I need.

Good helpful staff. Many deals offered each week in the flyers. Snacks, tvs, furnace filters, tires and car products, paints, bikes and toys always available. Household items from dishes to pots and pans, glasses and cleaning products. Excellent plant/ flower section running throughout spring and summer. A tire and mechanics shop is also on site although i have not used them before.

Doing a grocery pick-up day, grocery kid dropped my paper towel off the cart into a rain puddle then told me it was all good! I coached the young kid in baseball some years ago so I went lightly on him. I said don't think about it go grab me a new one after I pointed out the rainbow colour in the rain puddle indicating gasoline in the puddle & probably spit & God knows whatever else..... Mmmmmmm. Was shopping here instead of Wal-Mart, but recently had a bad experience. They would not let me exchange a pair of sandals I bought for my son. They were never even put on all the way as they didn't fit him. We just wanted a different size, and they refused. Ended up just leaving the sandals there because we had no use for them. Since then, I've been going to Wal-Mart because they lost my business.

My Favorite Grocery Store in Chatham.. Great Produce ! Great selection ! Can you get a better price on some things.. yes! But Wait ! They price match! Use your Flipp or Reebee App and get your shopping all done in one store.. heck you can even fill your shopping list out online and drive over and they will deliver it all to your car.. Me I'm picky I still like to hand pick my fruit and steaks. There is always something neat in housewares and seasonal.. love to browse. The people at the check outside are friendly and several have been there for years. I do miss the help loading the bags..but otherwise all is good.

All round grocery store. Clean, well stocked. Nice butcher dept. I was surprised to find goose, duck and even rabbit available. Helpful checkout ladies. If you bring your own shopping bags they will not help you pack but if you buy bags they will pack it all for you. There is a wine shop inside the store as well as a laundry cleaners and financing company.

Pharmacy in Super Store is very helpful... even if youre just asking questions. Staff knows their "frequent flyers". Busy so wait times are often 15 to 20 minutes. Drive thru is very convenient.

Can find most of everything I'm looking for or want. Management needs to have a talk with the lottery kiosk people about being more friendly with the customers as I find with some, that they are irritated when wanting to purchase tickets. I understand they are busy and need to go do things, but it only takes a couple of minutes to see to the customer's needs and do it with a smile. When I deal with this, I usually go buy my lottery tickets elsewhere.

The Theodore & Pringle Optical outlet in the Chatham Superstore is the best place for all you're optical needs. Chantelle the Manager is outstanding in ensuring you're glasses are 100% perfect. Chantelle goes out of her way to make sure you leave as a happy, satisfied customer no matter what it takes. My family and I go there once or twice a week. We like the product selection and the meals to-go. However, some of the staff really lack on the customer service front. I've noticed that the staff manding the lottery kiosk are consistently rude and without provocation. Every time I buy my lottery tickets I feel like I'm an inconvenience to their day, even though I go out of my way to be really polite. Sometimes they chat to each other but barely talk to the customer while they are processing their tickets. Also last week I was at the self check-out and I needed a staff to come help me; she came over, did her thing and walked away without looking at me or saying a word. I said thank you and she just walked away. I hope the store finds a way to motivate their staff to be polite and make a little effort to provide basic customer service.

I have often been frustrated shopping here with the constant remerchandizing like playing musical chairs or an Easter egg hunt to find what I'm looking for. Yesterday, August 15th, 2020 was the last straw. In the vegetable department I faced rotten tomatoes covered by fruit flies, shriveled zuccini, and corn on the cobb that when opened up at home, was dried up and covered in mould picked a week earlier I'm sure. Constant product outages, empty shelves and staff not wearing masks and congregating in one isle chatting and laughing. I'm going to find a new grocery store...so Sobeys here I come. Loblaws was once known for its fresh produce; what the hell happened Gayland?

I am very disappointed with this store. We stopped in on Saturday to get in on the deal for lobster and was told they were sold out but would have more on Tuesday Tuesday morning my husband called and talked to a lady in the seafood dept and was told not to come before 3 because that was when the lobster would be coming in and that they were not giving rain checks. So we get there at 315 and were told they were all sold out. We drove from wallaceburg. I was not impressed. Maybe need to inform your employees to tell the truth. Not impressed at all. Wasted trip to Chatham thanks superstore employee.

I have always had good luck going to the shopping center. I also recently tried getting the online shopping and deliver to your car. It was perfect. They called me when they couldn't find what I had ordered. They came right out at the time. I had a reserved parking spot and the young lady even gave me a bottle of water. I really had a great experience! So helpful with little kids and helps you to stick to exactly what you need.

As for myself I am also in a wheelchair. It is extremely difficult for anyone in a wheelchair to get work. Apparently we are a liability. I myself have been disrespected many times. The first thing store owners say yes I would hire a person with a disability. I had the owners of Strub pickles say to me at a news conference. Please give send us our portfolio and we will give you a job in our office. I was a outstanding person in my community with culinary skills. After the camera's went away I found out that they had absolutely no plans of hiring me at all. The owner said that I was a liability and he had absolutely no plans of giving me work This is despicable. But I was very happy to see that it doesn't happen to everyone else in a wheelchair. Thank- you very much for looking at the person and their ability to perform the job and their duties. I am glad to see not all store owners are so callus, and as for the young man whom they hired good for you. Keep up the good work and thank-you for accepting people for who they are. Used to he the cheapest place for groceries. Now it's as bad as Sobeys, if not worse, and the selection isn't as good as it was. Also, ethnic food aisle has been greatly reduced, which is a real shame!

This store is always clean, bright lighting. They generally have everything I am looking for. The only complaint is they are getting rid of bags. Therefore bring your own bags.

I use their curbside pickup and they miss stuff on my order all the time that ends up being sold inside the store. This defeats the purpose of paying $5 for curbside pickup. I'm not really sure if it's a clerical error or they just don't look.

Not only can I get groceries that are either fresh cut, or frozen products, I can also buy a chicken dinner freshly made right there! The variety of food is another reason to shop at the Real Canadian Superstore.

Superstore is a great shopper friendly store. They have a very tasteful way of displaying food and normally have good prices. They run a lot of sales which are a money saver! The clerks are always friendly as well. Take a half hour or more to visit Superstore.

On Thursday April 2, 2015 at approximately 5:30 p.m. I left the store with my cart full of groceries bags. When I arrived at the door to exit, I could see the weather had changed and it was pouring rain. My umbrella, of course, left in my car. After contemplating waiting out the rain, I decided to make a run for it with my cart full of groceries. I was spotted by two young Superstore male employees who were collecting the carts in the outdoor cart storage area watching me. As I approached my car, they ran towards me saying that they needed to help me so that I could get out of the rain. I thanked the boys, but as I drove away wished the weather would have allowed me to chat with them a little longer. My hope is that their supervisor will read this post and track down these boys to acknowledge their extra effort Thanks again boys, I will Pay It Forward.

No shortage of product, nice wide aisles, staff on the floor not as knowledgeable as I would like to see, cashiers always have been very friendly. Nothing worse then going into a big box store, looking for something, asking someone if they have it, being told that no they don't carry it, and then walking around the corner and finding it.
