This is an excellent option if you’re staying in Chatham. What gives it a full five stars is the high level of customer service that the staff provide. The sales manager Jacquie is absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and patient, helping us with our many requests.

Our stay was great! The beds were very comfortable, the room was large and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Thetel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is next to casino with many restaurants around.Breakfast was good.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and served with a smile. The hotel was quiet which was a bonus. Although there were definitely signs of COVID protocol they could have been a little more transparent on the process.

We ordered online and paid with debit when we arrived at 10:30pm they told us we couldn’t stay because we didn’t have a credit card we offered to pay a deposit in cash or debit they told us no so we had to go pay at another hotel THANKS HOLIDAY INN never again

Staff didn't get our reservation correct, no room service which was not advised. Continental breakfast was cereal and packaged pancakes. No accomodation for dietary needs. Would only ever stay here if it was for business and put on a company credit card.

Room was clean, would prefer a room without carpet but overall clean.TV remote didnt work properly and downloading app to control with phone didnt work either.Not a big deal really.Breakfast was hot and decent selection and good service....not very busy at that time.Good value

This hotel is near to restaurants and check in was fast. Room was clean and has USB connections for charging and wifi was good. Bed was very comfortable and check out was automatic and receipt was under the door. Breakfast was good and had good variety.

Staffs were polite. Room was clean and comfortable. However, breakfast was repeatedly so staying a long period there would be boring.

Clean, large rooms and friendly staff. Close to Chatham amenities. Great central location for access to SW Ontario. Stay here frequently for work and am always satisfied with my stay.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in king suite. Bed was comfortable and room was quite. We enjoyed the salt water pool, due to Covid you have to book pool time - 1/2 hour time slots. Breakfast was good, lots of options.

A lovely hotel and the suites are great with lots of space, a separate bedroom, large living room and mini kitchen where dishes are also provided. The bathroom has a great glass shower and an area to do makeup. Staff are very accommodating to any special request and ensure your stay is comfortable.

Can work on cleanliness a bit more. Overall helpful and courteous staff.

Room is nice, comfy bed. However connecting my PlayStation through the internal network proved extremely difficult. Ended up hotspoting my phone to it.

I was in town for business and stayed overnight here in a room with a king bed that faced Richmond street. Check in was quick and staff was friendly and helpful since it was my first time at the hotel. There was a slight odour in the hallways but that disappeared in the room. Room was in very good condition and bathroom was spotless. I liked the fact that the hotel provided pillows with different firmness. In room Keurig was also a nice convenience along with a small bar fridge . Room was spacious and an adequate work desk was provided. Breakfast was standard for a hotel for this caliber and the breakfast room was bring and welcoming.

We were pleased with our stay and the hotel carried out our request we had made prior to our arrival.

Considering there are still has restrictions, it was fine. Hot food for breakfast would be nice. Sofa in the room instead of a chair. No pool/gym because of restrictions.

Enjoyed the hotel while in Chatham. The breakfast food was tasty - loved the bacon but would have preferred regular sausage. Scrambled eggs need more flavor (cheese, salt, onion). Waffles would be a nice addition too. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean.

Great experience! The bed and pillows were comfy, the restaurant next door is good and convenient. We were supposed to stay for another night on our way back from the States but couldn't make it due to covid test results being late so they cancelled our reservation last minute with no charge so also a plus for customer service.

We have stayed here on several occasions and it is always a pleasant place to stay. The Staff are always Very friendly and Accommodating. The rooms are Nice and Clean. The lobby and breakfast area are roomy and we quite enjoyed the food. Great Hotel in a very convenient location.

Beware staffing issues here. Stayed here this past weekend, front desk staff were checking people in but not allowing them to go to the the rooms they claimed that several staff called in sick. No compensation was offered for the delays to let people into the rooms. Everyone was forced to sit in the lobby with all their belongings everyone was upset. Not too many choices in Chatham. This may be the best choice. Breakfast was ok but extremely busy. The toilet I had to flush by removing the top and pulling up on the plunger. The front lobby looks new while my room looked dated and could use some upgrades.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean. This is a newer building with a small pool and an exercise room. The breakfast bar is nicely arranged and the hot food was fresh.

Hi, we recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Chatham. This hotel is connected to the casino. It was a pleasant stay. We were surprised to learn that the indoor pool stays open to 11. Continental breakfast was good. There could have been a few more food items, but the food was very good. Checkin was easy. Rooms were clean.

I travel this part of Ontario 3 times a year and each time it is so nice to be greeted by the same staff. IHG must treat their employees well to have them stay. Friendly, courteous, quick to respond to any concerns. Well done!
