Its your usual gas station stop with the feeling that it just dose not get cleaned top to bottom very often I know this usually is not the workers fault but I cant see them having time to shut their doors to clean everything there. Hope they can think about fixing both inside and outside the shop. It is a crash spot for locals to gamble or just relax it should be given a renovation maybe turn some of that really useless space around the shop to set up some more welcoming decorations like picnic tables.

The cashier was slow because she was talking with one guy when their was like five people in line. She finally stopped then forgot to grad his chicken. I stood there for about five minutes listening about how good a cigarette brand is. But it was probably just the worker but it is a big store. She also didnt ask if I had the 711 app or what bread I wanted for my hotdog. But whatever.

I WAITED TWO WEEKS FOR THIS SLUSHY AND WHEN I GOT THERE THE FLAVOURS WERE HORRIBLE LITERALLY WHY WOULD U MAKE COCA COLA AND ROOT BEER AND MOUNTAIN DEW FLAVOURS IF THERES ALREADY THE SODA VERSION OF IT I WAS EXPECTING CHERRY AND BLUE RASPBERRY OR ATLEAST SOMETHING BETTER THAN WHAT THERE WAS I MEAN COME ON WHO WANTS TO DRINK POWERADE IF THEY DONT IMPROVE ON THEIR SLURPEE FLAVOURS IM LITERALLY SUING FOR EMOTIONAL DAMAGE U BETTER STEP UP UR GAME 7/11

The two older ladies that work there are disgustingly rude & absolutely useless. I’ve never experienced customer service like this, especially at a gas station. Gross! Probably should get new employees if you want the business to survive. Yikes!!!

Filthy washroom . If that's their best at showing how good this place is I sure wouldn't eat or order food here. Cleanliness standards very low. Not taking any chances. Good luck. No seriously. Nothing has been wiped down in months. Layers of grime on vents and don't touch the walls. Might catch something. Gross.

Every time I go to buy smokes the price is different. When asked why the answer is the price went up. I have been a smoker for many years and have never seen the price go up every day. Also when there are sales they still charge the regular price not sale price

50 years old white lady Thursday 130pm. the lady has absolutely no manner. i was coveringy face with my sweater instead of a mask and immediately so rude at me i didnt even know how to react. Mam im not your son learn how to talk to strangers. i could be mentally ill and this could have been gone even way farther than you can even imagine. As a business owner myself. fire this employee immediately.

The old ladys in there have lost sight of the significance customer relations. In an attempte to become employee of the month by saving 50cents of cheese and chilly they told me i could not buy a small bag of chips and a hot dog if i wish it put the hotdogs toppings on my chips. Way to go i did not buy anything and will doge 711 if that's how they train there employees.
