J'ai besoin de mon cellulaire pour travailler donc je regarde pour un neuf et je lui dis que je suis pas a l'aise d'acheter aussi vite, que d'habitude je magasine car j'ai horreur de payer plus cher lorsque je peux avoir la même chose pour moins cher, Il semble super gentil et regarde avec moi sur le net mais il ne trouve aucun magasin a Trois-Rivières qui le vend (je trouvais ca louche) , il trouve une page qui indique $249 mais il me dit ce n'est pas en dollars canadien , je suis retournée et oui c'est des dollars canadien , c'est juste qu'en l'achetant a cette endroit tu gagnes 171 coinns en payant le cell $249 . Bref il me vend le cellulaire $329 plus taxes et il m'affirme que c'est un très bon prix, comme j'ai été référé par une personne dans mon entourage , je me dis arrête d'être méfiante et achète. Mais en faisant des recherches quelques jours plus tard sur le net , je découvre que le cellulaire vaut entre $244 et $277 neuf certains avec le bloc et le fils dans une boite. J' en ai même vu a $239. Moi j'ai payé $329 pas de boite, pas de bloc et j'ai eu la chance d'avoir un fil a part gratuit !!!!!! Je suis même pas certaine qu'il était neuf. En plus le lendemain mon cell a moi était complètement déchargé alors je m'essai un autre fois de le chargé et ca fonctionné et il n'y avais plus de message de charge inversée donc je doute aussi de la compétence pour l'essai pour la réparation. Finalement j'ai mon cell a moi qui fonctionne (pas grâce a Cellzone) et j'ai un téléphone presque neuf que j'ai payé trop cher......Donc non je ne suis vraiment pas satisfaite !!!! Mais je vais finir sur une note plus positive, l'employé a été patient et m'a aidé a remettre l'application pour mon travail. Suivi téléphonique: La personne qui m'a téléphoné n'a pas été désolée du tout , je même trouvé que c'était sur un ton arrogant. Elle a dit que l'employé ne peut pas avoir dit que c'était probablement un neuf car le plastique d'origine était encore dessus. J'ai bien des défauts comme tout le monde mais l'honnêteté est une valeur super importante pour moi. Et il n'y a pas le mot reconditionné sur ma facture, si international veux dire reconditionné bien excusez-moi mais moi je ne le savais pas. Il m'a dit que personne ne m'avait forcé a acheter le téléphone , non mais j'ai été mal informé !!!!!! J'ai mis une photo de ma facture , j'ai mis en noir mon code postal et le nom de l'employé par respect pour lui.

J'ai apporté mon appareil mercredi vers 9h30, à environs 14h00 Mathieu m'a téléphoné pour me dire que tout était fait et rendu dans mon nouvelle appareille. ATTENTION COÛT; 45.00$ donc suite au autres endroits ou j'ai appelés et que l'on me disait IMPOSSIBLE où plus de 500.00$, le choix n'est pas dure à faire BRAVO CELLZONE DU CAP.
