I'm not sure, if we are the only ones or other people too are in the same situation about this ymca out of school care center. For past 3 years, we are trying to get our kid enrolled here, but to no avail. I regularly monitor their website and it regularly says - "waiting list closed". If briefly this message doesn't appear, then also their director says, "our waiting list is closed". I think their process is NOT at all transparent. If they are trying to say they didn't admit any new kid for past 3 years, I won't believe that. All in all, this place is more of a disappointment to the people of this neighbourhood.
