I really hate it when I buy an item for bonus points that were downloaded and they don't show up. Nov. 16th No Name frozen vegetables 400 pts for every $2 spent. Previously it has been the large blocks of cheese - twice.

I go to this store almost 2-3 times a week and I bring my own reusable bags. Today I didn’t bring them cause I was just going to get a bag of onions and bokchoy which I just put in that clear plastic bags they provide. Before I got to the till, I remembered to get my daughter 2 small packs of yogurt drink and put them in one of those clear bags. So I have 3 bags of vegetables and that 1 bag I used for the yogurt, got to the till and the customer service manager told me that she had to charge me for that 1 bag I used for that yogurt. Seriously! What a great customer service!

We've recently discovered that it is cheaper for us to drive from Medicine Hat to go shopping here! The median income in Brooks is clearly way less than Medicine Hat, causing the prices at the supermarkets to be substantially lower than in the Hat. We are now making regular trips to Brooks to do our shopping!!

Be very careful because the majority of fresh produce is already past date and rotting. Dairy can be before date but off. check all expiry dates and look at freshness before buying it. Fresh salads are almost always brown in the bag on shelf.

This No Frills is the only one in town. The merchandisers are not friendly at all. It's hard to find someone on the floor to assist you when you are looking for something specific. The usual long line ups, but the cashiers are friendly at times. Overall, it's OK!

Store is clean and well stocked, and staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. Produce and meat are good quality, and a decent variety of food on the shelf at a decent price. Store lacks a pharmacy, deli, bakery, and meat counter, but still carries such items prepackaged.

One of the few places in town that supports Android Pay! Sometimes a bit short-staffed on till, but it's understandable, considering the shelves are well-formed (haven't had a problem with something being out-of-stock on the shelves). I am pretty amazed with what the employees here put up with.
