We’ve had an amazing experience at this place with our special four legged friend. We have a rescue dog with quite the behavioral problems but the coach, Emmanuel, knew right away how to handle him with care. Our dog couldn’t be around other dogs. Now he can. Our dog couldn’t be around kids. Now he can. Lukas, Emmanuel’s son, was the one who trained and conditionned our dog with great results! The many happy surprises this place has brought us is invaluable. The staff, the coach, the ambiance..wow is the only word that comes to mind. So happy that we’ve found this place and I strongly recommend it to anyone and everyone with a puppy big, small, excitable or tranquil.

(Translated) A first visit that leaves me unsatisfied. We came to find out about the place. What catches me most is not the location itself, but the customer service it provides. We arrived being explained to wait a 2 minutes before being served, It was not the case. We had a 30 minute wait time for 1 coffee as well as a hot chocolate. I would understand if there were 30 of us waiting for our order, however when we arrived we were the only ones to have an order placed. the unpleasant thing is that the priority is those in the gym and not the first to arrive. It looked like our new presence didn't matter much to the regular dogs in the area. Espresso that is filled with hot water to make coffee in a tall cup is not normal coffee. The taste leaves something to be desired. To have the title of being a coffee, you have to master the technique, that's the basics. For our two dogs, the place will unfortunately not be on our list. We didn't bother to let them go to the gym, seeing the owner of one of the dogs mentioning to the employee that the facilitators didn't play with the dogs. (Original) Une première visite que me laisse sur ma faim. Nous sommes venus afin de découvrir l’endroit. Ce qui vient plus me chercher n’est pas l’endroit en soi mais le service a la clientèle rendu. Nous sommes arrivés en se faisant expliqué d’attendre un 2 minutes avant d’être servi, ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Nous avons eu un temps d’attente de 30 minutes pour 1 café ainsi qu’un chocolat chaud. Je comprendrais si nous étions 30 à attendre notre commande, toutefois à notre arrivé nous étions les seuls à avoir une commande à passé. ce qui est déplaisant est que la priorité est ceux au gym et non des premiers arrivés à l’endroit. On aurait bien dit que notre nouvelle présence importait peu VS aux chiens réguliers de l’endroit. Un expresso qui est rempli d’eau chaude pour faire un café dans une grand tasse, ce nest pas un café normal. Le goût laisse à désirer. Pour avoir le titre d’être café, il faut métriser la technique, c’est la base. Pour nos deux chiens, l’endroit ne fera pas parti de notre liste malheureusement. Nous n’avons pas pris la peine de les laisser aller au gym, voyant la propriétaire de l’un des chiens mentionnée à l’employée que les animateurs ne jouaient pas avec les chiens.

Et j’ai été éblouie de l accueil on s’est ouvert toute suite à mon ptit chien pour le rassurer et il s’est détendu j’ai aimé cet endroit immédiatement. J’y suis retourné pour l’intégration de mon toutou et ça super bien été grâce à toute l’équipe Emmanuel, Annabelle etc... et mon chien sait senti tellement bien qu’il a quitté en donnant un bizou à Annabelle donc ça veut tout dire. Et finalement j’ai inscrit en pension pour quatre jours mon ptit chien tellement Je me suis senti en confiance. Je vous en dirai plus après son séjour de quatre jours????????????

Le concept est bon, mais il y a place a l'amélioration...
