I started taking my daughter to this daycare for the first time and i can't be happier with the staff. The director Jaz is so kind and helpful, she has literally always been so attentive to all my questions all the time even her assistant sandra is amazing. The best part is my daughter's teachers Mr. Andres, Ms. Mariam, and Ms. Asma are all soo nice and they are so good with the kids. I have been watching my daughter in the camera sometimes just because i have been nervous, but honestly am so happy i chose this daycare. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work.

I had the worst experience with Kids and Co. daycare Richmond branch. After my son attended only three days (part time), we realized that we didn't like the facilities (too dark, not clean) and the staff (unwelcoming) so we decided not to take our son their anymore. Once I gave them a notice they pulled one month fees out of my credit card and refused to give me my deposit back. I was willing to negotiate and give them one month payment, but they were uncooperative and made us pay 2,600 dollars for only three days of service!!! Very unhappy with this place, the staff and the management. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Kids&Co has been incredibly instrumental for my 5 year old son’s seamless transition into kindergarten. Now my twins have joined the infant program and are loving the same differentiating experiences he did like flexible hours, deliciously diverse meals, social interactions and endless activities. We are huge fans of the quality of this centre and highly recommend the investment.

The Caregivers who are actually with the children are fantastic, they are the reason we stayed as long as we did In saying that, this company is all about getting your money and not about the children as they make it seem. They are expensive to begin with, but up their fees every year. If you ever want to pull your child out, be sure to plan it out MONTHS in advance because they will charge you up the wazoo for any changes and have no flexibility in that, even during a pandemic when some people can no longer afford it. The Director of the Winnipeg facility is rude, unresponsive if it inconveniences her whatsoever and just has zero people skills Again, the people who are actually with the children are great and you can tell they enjoy spending time with the kids, so that is a plus and why I even gave it two stars

Excellent opportunity for children to learn age-appropriate skills in all domains. The teachers are wonderful, the indoor and outdoor environments are fantastic, the food is delicious, and the interaction with parents via the KidCo app is very helpful. Three of our children experienced different classrooms (infant, toddler and preschool) and each one was great. Would recommend this centre to parents without hesitation.

I used to work in this Center in Red deer. It was wonderful place for working.I love all of staff and the director. Everything is clean, organized and perfect. It was my pleasure to be part of that place. All of staff and Director and assistant director was wonderful as a boss. Current director was doing wonderful work with her team. I am very unhappy with the management of this daycare. It seemed ok when my child was in the infant room despite some issues, but now that he is in the toddler room I do not feel that his needs are being met and he is miserable! I would never recommend this daycare. Also there is a required 2 months notice before you take your child out so you essentially lose your last month's deposit due to the fact that they start treating you and your child differently and the child needs to be pulled out right away. The last month's charge that I had already paid for was still taken out of my account in error and I had to make sure they put it back, which also takes time! For the price of this daycare I had way too many hassles right from the start for it to even be worth it. These are just a few of the issues I have had.

This place has a great website and suggests an impressive curriculum for our little one. In the beginning when out little one was an infant, care was good and we had good feedback with the workers. Fast forward to about a year ago, and the culture there deteriorated: -Quality staff were leaving because of poor pay, resulting in the not so quality staff using this as leverage and getting higher pay that the quality ones deserved -Curriculum wasn't being followed to the full extent (previously lots of sing alongs, yoga, group art activities). They would set up a single activity and let only one kid do it for a short time, then swap them out rather than a group event (as previous). We noticed a huge drop in our child's ambitious and excitement once this started happening. -Workers became more distracted with gossip and completing their tasks so they could lounge around, rather than keep fully engaged with the kids -Our potty training has suffered enormously, where before this we had great support and were working in conjunction with daycare -we have been over charged and received zero response from 'head office' -The recent new management has poor communication and does not follow up (different from previous manager) -District managers from western Canada haven't been wearing facemasks like their posted rules outline -Quality goes down, but prices go up -Our child has now developed a fear or hesitation to go to daycare -Our child has come home without a diaper or underwear on (who knows what happened, but this was part of the trend of decline) -'he had a good day' is all we hear when picking him up, rather than quality feedback from someone who actually paid attention who may help point out some struggles etc. in summary: the place comes with a premium cost but no longer offers any benefit for that premium cost. I would really encourage people to view the live stream cameras to witness the lack of engagement I'm talking about. As other parents probably know, your options are limited with daycare (take what you can get kind of thing) and I have now honestly developed a guilt for taking my child to this place.

I do not have children here . But I do work in the building next door and see the children playing and having fun . It is very easy to hope that your children are well taken care of . But I can guarantee you from watching these children are loved by the girls there. They are 100% watching and interacting with the children is a kind respectful way . It amazes me because I would never have the patience they show every day .

Debbie, the director,was extremely loving and kind as well as very easy going .I found the teachers to be very creative and caring. My child was learning new things each day and throughout his entire time there, he seemed very happy and comfortable. I believe they have one of the best educational program for the children and I have and would highly recommend Kids & Company to other parents.

It's really a great daycare I have even seen. My son here when he was 22 months.He really love and enjoy a great time here. The teachers here are very nice,friendly and patient. Equipped with a camera in each classroom,parents can see their kids at any time through their cell phone or PC.

The Director, Bailee, and the Staff and Langford Kids & Co are absolutely amazing! My daughter has been in their care 2 days per week for about 6 months now and I have been so very pleased with their level of care and attention to detail. Pretty much everytime I pick my girl up, one of the ladies gives me a little tid bit about her day with specific details about something that she's done, this really shows how much care and attention they devote to the children. The daycares flexibility has been super convenient for our busy lives! We are able to bring her in on extra days most of the time we request them and they're very understanding and supportive when she's unable to come in due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. It's also such a big help that they provide all meals/snacks for the kids, it saves us so much time getting ready in the morning. I would highly recommend this daycare! It is one of the more expensive locations but it SO worth it.

I am so very glad that my daughter is under the care of Ms. Adeola and Ms. Zainab. They both are such wonderful teachers. I love how they work with the kids. They have so much warmth and are so gentle to the all of them equally. They carry out daily tasks in such a wonderful manner. Oh my the amount of cleaning they do I don't think I myself clean up so much after my child at home. I used to be so worried about my daughter's transition and would always be glued to the webcam and see her throughout the day. Now there are days when I don't even login just because of her awesome teachers. I am very happy about the staff, the layout, the curriculum. Kudos to the supervision of Jas and Sandra. Beautiful people work there inside out.

My son has been there for over 2 months now and I couldn't be happier with choosing Kids and Company. I had a lot of anxiety about going back to work and having to put my son in daycare, but Grace helped me so much by reassuring me that every parent goes through this. I love that I can watch my son on the webcam. I get to see how the staff comforts him if he's ever upset, how they cuddle with him just because, how they help him eat and learn how to use his own utensils. I've even seen one of the staff rock him to sleep because he wouldn't go for his nap once. It completely melted my heart and made me realize that I 100% chose the right place for my son. Kids and co is very flexible with schedules which is what we needed as my husband is a shift worker. They have made both my husband and I feel so happy about the care our little boy is getting. We both highly recommend this daycare. Thank you Grace and all of the staff who do such a special job and keep our little people so happy.

We couldn't be happier with the Kids and Company Daycare in Kamloops. Our 19 month old daughter loves going, the food is fantastic, and the staff are super professional and very caring. Seanna and the team there go above and beyond. I would consider this a higher end daycare, definitely 5 star.

My daughter has been in Uptown Kids & Company for six months now and I have to say she made a huge progress in this amazing place. Once she just started, it was her first time to leave family and joined into a new group. She was so mad. She didn't want me leave, she didn't eat, didn't have a nap, cried all the time, but the teachers were so patient. They gave her lots of cuddles when she was crying, cuddled her to sleep, and fed her lunch. After a week, I could see my daughter made a big progress, she didn't cry that much, she started to play, could have a bit longer nap with no cuddles. After a while, she was so happy to go to the daycare everyday. Even my daughter doesn't talk, she still can tell me everything on her face. Everyday, when I drop her off in the morning, she couldn't wait to join and play, and when I pick her up after work, she has lots of smiles. Sometimes, she even doesn't want to go home. She has her own favorite teacher in Inf 3, I think she considers that teacher is her second mom. I should say thank you very much to take such good care of my daughter, I can see she is loved by everybody. Thank you to the centre director, she helped me a lot when I was struggling with my schedules. Thank you to all the teachers, especially Inf 3 teachers, thank you for your hard work and patience.

I've had both of my sons enrolled with Kids and Co. for 4 years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about them! The staff are all very welcoming and genuinely care about my children. They go above and beyond to ensure they are well taken care of in every aspect. The centre is always clean and they provide daily healthy meals onsite as well as outside time twice a day. My sons have learnt so much from the ECE's at this centre before even entering a classroom. Thank you for your continued commitment to excellent child care! :)

My daughter were in kids and company for a year and half. we moved from Montreal to other city and the most thing I missed is this day care. My daughter has always be happy there. My toddler has gone here for over 6 months now, and we are very happy. The staff are very friendly towards us, and are always quick to tell us if something happened in the day. Love how healthy meals and snacks are provided, even a snack to take home at the end of the day! Cameras are an added bonus for a quick check to see them play. Grace is always quick to respond to emails, and is very knowledgeable answering any questions we ever have. Thank you!

My daughter started here in May 2020 at 12 months old. She loves her teachers and her classmates. The Centre is very well run and I am comfortable knowing she is in good hands. I can see, from logging into the cameras, that she is loved by the staff and well taken care of. The student : teacher ratios have typically been better than required so the babies get lots of one on one attention and interactions. We love getting the daily reports emailed to mom and dad so we can see what she's eaten, how much, every diaper change and nap times. Its great to know! I have toured many daycares and kids n co is really outstanding.

My daughter has been going to this daycare for 2 and a half years and all of a sudden they decide they’re no longer going to accommodate my schedule. (In attempts to make more money for themselves but jokes on them, they are actually losing out because we decided to go somewhere else) *Some of the staff here who actually care for the children such as Alecia, Yoko, and a few others who are no longer working there, are AMAZING and my daughter loved them** but... The management is absolutely horrendous. They are not welcoming AT ALL. Very negative, fake vibes when dealing with the management. They like to say things in passive aggressive, condescending ways instead of just telling you things straight up. Very stuck up attitudes!! And I agree with one of the above reviews, they start treating you and your child differently once you put in your 2 months notice. My daughter suddenly didn’t want to go there anymore once we put in our notice.. when she used to love it. They also keep your deposit and make up BS excuses as to why they do so... they charge your account for no reason and it takes days for them to reimburse you... the accountant is terrible! ... the whole company knows nothing about customer service. The play area outside is a black pad in the middle of the parking lot which is scary for hot days. No toys outside to play with. If you go here, you are completely wasting your money. There are much cheaper places which are A LOT better, in the same neighborhood! I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. If they are even open for much longer...

We experience such attentive care here from every care provider. Our daughter is currently in the infant room and has had an unbelievable experience, and when she has the opportunity to be in other classrooms with the other care providers her experience is also excellent. We have seen her reach developmental milestones beyond her age and we fully credit the team here to that. She comes home knowing sign language and new words and is happier than ever. She runs to her classroom with excitement every day. We can’t say enough good things.

My kids have been attending the preschool program since Feb. We switched over from the Duke location and have seen amazing improvements. It was truly a blessing to run into Debbie and she gave me the opportunity to try their program. Debbie has been supportive and kind with assisting all my childcare needs. My 5yr old twins are surrounded by their peers who are the same age so they learn together and with the amazing guidance and patience from their teacher Andrina, they have flourished. Thank you. When I thought my kids wouldnt eat anything ever, Kids&Co helped them accomplished that with yummy in house cooking. Now my kids tell me to cook like school.

We had our daughter for about two and a half years and a son for a few months with Kids and Company. Director, teachers and cooks are amazing, friendly and caring. Place is always nice and clean with great healthy meals for our kids.I love that I could check on my daughter anytime I felt like as they do have cameras installed in each room.Family field trips were great! Daily reports go in detail! Well different job opportunities made us leave the city and our kids daycare. Our daughter still talks about friends she made,she had no complaints whatsoever about anything always happy coming and leaving the daycare.Thank you again for everything you have done over the years!

My kids have been attending kids and company in Richmond for a year and they love it there . The place is very clean . The way my kids react to the staffs there I could see happiness and love . I felt so happy I finally found an excellent day care and I want to emphasize the staffs are doing an excellent job. Thursday 5th of August 2019 at 11:45am I reached out to their head office about a security incident that happened the day before and was told someone will get back to me . Now is 1:42pm on September 9th 2019 no one has bothered to reach out. I googled head office number called and was told manager of enrolment will get back to me . Correct me if I am wrong . I sent a friend to pick up my child since I was working out of town, I placed a video call to confirm my kid was home safe only to see a strange child playing in my living room . My kid dad had to leave work when I advise him of the situation to go to the day care and he said the director apologized but the impression he had was like it’s my friend’s fault for not recognizing my child . I almost had a heart attack thinking my child has been given to another family. Permit me to end by saying that it might be an honest mistake which can happen to anyone but being silent about it Makes me feel worried . A black man walks into a day care and day care says here is the black boy you are here for because there was no resistance on the child’s part to show that he doesn’t know this person the day care doesn’t have any responsibility to confirm ? As a parent won’t you be concerned?

My child attended this daycare for three years and although it has a few exceptional teachers, like one of the other parents I've also had a terrible experience regarding the safety of my child. My child was not being watched properly and was able to exit the daycare center completely and almost out of the building and onto the street had it not been for the building security who caught my son.

An excellent daycare that I would highly recommend to any parent. Our 19 month daughter was initially shy but settled in great after a few weeks. The staff is genuinely kind and caring, the food is excellent, and the classrooms are clean. We are able to check in with the classroom cameras and our daughter always looks so cheerful. It is a bit pricier than a day home or small facility, but for the level of care and socializing they provide it is worth every penny.

My daughter just started going to daycare at Kids & Co. She is 9 months old and I was so worried she would have a hard time there during the naps (we always co-sleep or contact nap at home). They dealt with the situation amazingly - she was rocked until she slept and the caregiver was even able to transfer her to a mattress (she is still in the adaptation period)! I am beyond satisfied with the whole team, the facilities and I just love being able to watch my baby in the cameras when I miss her.

I was very nervous about returning to work when my baby was only five months old. However, my fears were quickly dispelled with, thanks to the excellent team at Kids & Company. They encouraged a gradual introduction to the daycare setting, which was perfect for my sensitive baby. Their expert teachers soon had my baby sleeping for two hours regularly in the crib - something that never happened at home! - and my baby would smile and coo with happiness when she saw her teachers in the morning. Thank you, Kids & Company, for making this difficult transition so seamless.

My four year old daughter has attended Kids and Co part time for the past 9 months and we have been very happy with the centre. She has learned so much during her time there. She has especially enjoyed the afternoon Kindergarten session for the older kids and it seems to be preparing her well for entering school in the fall. I have been very impressed with her teachers Mr. Raman, Ms. Haddy and Ms. Sauda – my daughter has always taken a while to warm up to new people, but I can tell that she loves her teachers as she is always excited to see them in the morning and always talks about the things they do together at home. When I have observed the teachers in the classroom, they appear to be handling the group well as a whole in a professional yet caring manner, while still giving each child individual attention. The meal program is an added bonus, one less thing to worry about!

This place has a great staff and facilities. Lunches/snacks are catered so you don't have to bring food in. They are as accommodating as they can be with schedule changes etc. Yes, you will pay more but you also get more. Thanks to all the ladies at Kids & Co!

My daughter currently attends Kids and Co and I am very happy with the service they provide. We started with a part time schedule but once I saw her transition went smoothly and she really enjoyed going to school , we decided to put her full time. The teachers are trust worthy, caring and reliable. Debbie the director always welcomes us with a smile and is very easy to talk to! I really enjoy the schedule and programs they follow on a daily basis. Whenever I bring my daughter to daycare I always have peace of mind that I am leaving her in a safe, stimulating and most of all fun environment!

There are many better daycare providers in the city, go with those. Poor management and leadership. Edit: rmorales@kidsandcompany.com provides no assistance. They don't 'want to discuss further', they want to pretend online that they resolve issues. Most people likely don't know they can edit their comments and provide an update that this company is useless. Those reviewing the comments, be aware that this company doesn't resolve issues. Just lies and attempting to cover up their own incompetence online.

The staff in all of the 4 rooms she has been in (as well as the float staff) have been nothing short of amazing. Kids and Company is an amazing place to let your children play, learn and grow. Some teachers are just sooo amazing and caring. The director (Grace) is very good at communicating. She replies to emails real quick and always greets you with a smile and answers all your concerns. When my son was there the first day, Grace told me that it will all be ok and that meant a lot to me! I love the flexibility of K&Co, there are times when I need daycare at the last minute and if they have a spot, I am given one. The facility is really clean, equipped and the cameras are so helpful to see what your child is doing. I recommend the place 200%.

The staff are great. My daughter has gone from the youngest class to now up to one of the pre-school classes - and I can tell the staff that have seen her through the years truly care for her. My daughter has a great relationship with all the teachers she’s grown with, and still likes to talk about them (even if she isn’t in their class anymore). Grace (the director) is also great and is always accommodating and flexible when needed with our scheduling. Thanks!

Is it possible to give this school more than 5 stars? All we look for when it comes to care is someone who will treat our children as if they were their own. Kids and Company succeeded in this immediately. Academically, Socially, Emotionally, and Nutritionally, our children were cared for at the highest level of satisfaction. The Director, Debbie, greets each child at the door and adopts each child as her own to ensure they feel safe, happy, and respected. Our need as a health-conscious vegetarian family were exceeded by their private chef, Sebastian, who creates a special bond with each child, has a zest for life, and really needs a review of his own for his scrumptious food. And to top it off, my boys have spent time in almost all of the classrooms, and each of their well-qualified, outstanding, teachers is dedicated to the well-being and development of their students. Classroom activities are thoughtful and tailored to each group of children to ensure and maximize learning and fun. Kids and Company quickly became an extension of our family and we miss them dearly. Having moved back to the United States, we have yet to find a day care to match the love, care, attention to detail, and generosity showered upon our family by this incredible school.

I don’t understand why people put a bad rating without writing anything so we get a better idea?! Personally, I like this daycare my son goes to it. I honestly don’t see anything wrong with it. It’s the opposite, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager is very nice and helpful. They have a camera in each class so you can get access to see your child any time no matter where you are and you can call the class teachers directly if there is something wrong. I am really happy with it and soon I will send my daughter to it with my son.

But staffs are really nice and professional. They tried to have communication with my daughter with google translation. Thanks to them, my daughter could get used to new environment soon. The best child care centre my daughter has ever attended. Wonderful 6 months! I never had to worry leaving my daughter with them. They have great staffs and they are very responsive to my emails. the place is super clean and safe and also the food for kids are really great! They have complete menu for the whole week which you can also check online - and the list of ingredients are also posted. They have complete daily reports (they never missed a single day) about how much my child eats and sleep and also what are their activities for the day with pictures/videos too :) You can also watch your child through their online camera which is secured and only accessible to parents. But the most important thing for me is the good values that they shared/taught to my daughter. Thanks Kids and Company Techtown!

Everyone there has always been wonderful to interact with (for both us and the children), so caring and Grace does an incredible job (I still don't know quite how she manages it!) and managing everything and making this always work for the families. Our toddler has been at Kids & Co for almost half a year now. We could not be happier with the level of care that he receives. We adore the picture and video updates throughout the day, and the staff are always happy to report on how he's been doing on a day to day basis. On one occasion, we had development concerns so we emailed Grace and we were utterly blown away by her reply; it went into such great detail on his development, gave us advice and tips on what we could do, and made us feel so affirmed in our choice of care. Being a FTM and super anxious made for a difficult transition to day care for me and my LO. The staff have been very helpful in making sure I was comfortable and communicating with me about how my child is doing. I cannot say enough kind things about Grace and Sajeewa, they are miracle workers. Grace answers emails in record time and goes way above and beyond her duties to accommodate the children and parents. It is expensive but you definitely get what you pay for and more.

I was just writing this to Grace in an email, but I figured I should share it here. I feel like I check those cameras a lot and every time those ladies are managing to give those kids so much love and attention. I always see my son being hugged and held, if he's alone starring into space someone will always come along and tickle him or bop him on the nose. I have no words for how special it is to see someone else love my kid. When I think of how exhausted just one toddler can make me some days, I truly admire and appreciate that it must take someone so special to take on a room full of them and still give such genuine love to each every one. The programs and snacks are all really great, but those ladies are really special and we feel really lucky to have your center.

If you hate your kids this is the right place for them!!! They tell you what you want to hear at the beginning but after paying them they won't listen to you. They will not keep your child in the camera protected area (no matter how many times you ask them), so the camera is also useless (the camera was the main reason we selected this daycare). Also this rating is fake, they had 2.6 two months ago and then they noticed it and trying to make it better. Just check the time of their 5 stars! We put our son there and we are really happy that after 3 weeks we decided to stop it.

My son was bitten today, I was not called until I picked him up and left. They didn't file an incident report because there was no mark. My son has a large red mark on his ear and cheek. If I was called I would have picked him up right away. When I called all I got was excuses. They can't even guarantee it won't happen again. Dear Parents! i'm here to share my story. My kid is 18 months and goes to kids&co rené lévesque in Montreal. Last friday I came to pick her up and found out that she was forgotten outside alone! the teacher left my baby outside and locked the door! they were 3 teachers for 6 kids and they were not able to watch over her and didn't count. I asked where is she and they said in the class. we started looking and didn't find her. Then the teacher started looking from the window and I run outside and found her alone under the rain. she had no hat or jacket. She is 18 months only! thank god I found her, but maybe few minutes later the worst could have happened. if it was during winter she would have died for sure ! this is the worst daycare, we pay for nothing, and the manager reaction was the worst. they called me to propose me 1 month refound and ask me to contact the media and to sue them they don't care. the teachers responsible were not even fired. they are still working and watching other kids. DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS IN THIS DAYCARE!

We communicated this with their staff, and their attitude was so bad! It's not worth the monthly fee of $1,500 at all! It is strongly not recommended!

Words are not enough to describe how amazing our experience has been with Kids & Company!! My daughter has been there for 8 months now and reached some amazing milestones with the very caring and loving caregivers. They were able to accommodate every single request that we had so that her experience at the daycare would be as close as possible to what she was used to doing at home with mommy. With her early potty-training, at 18 months, they have been able to accompany her and let her follow the same ritual than at home. And the food restrictions that she has have been highly respected while making her feel part of the group at the same time. The rooms are immaculate, so bright and colourful with plenty of light. That makes it quite enjoyable watching them on the webcam. They do open the windows whenever possible and they spend over three hours a day outside. The naps rooms are so tidy. They stay on top of things with respect to sickness and know how to exterminate all germs. Although the groups are big, they are able to give one to one attention to the kids and provide them with enough attachment to keep them striving away from mommy (or daddy). And Grace, OMG, how can she stay so well on top of things? Does she sleep at night?! She is able to respond to every single email in a timely-manner and a very informative way, even after 11:00pm. She knows how to offer emotional support to overwhelmed parents as well. With respect to the cost, I find that it is well justified, especially when you think how much flexibility they offer us with respect to schedule. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

ETA: Contrary to the centre’s response to my review below, this was not rectified in any way. The centre is being dishonest to prospective parents. Were they to relieve the director of her duties, they would need to find a 4th director in as many years. I believe that is why they were so callous in the handling of our family’s incident. Our daughter was witnessed being hit by a teacher. The witness disclosed to the director who buried it instead of disclosing to me. Head office was shockingly indifferent and placed the teacher back into the classroom under supervision. No repercussions for the daycare director. Head office quietly fired the witness.

We absolutely love this day care and the staff are great! My son absolutely loves his class and the teachers who take such good care of him and show him so much love! I could not imagine my son at any other day care, without any hesitation I would 100% recommend Kids & Company! The day care has great activities for the kids, great meals/snacks, big play area outside, lots of activities inside and not to mention, the daily updates are the best (pictures on the app as well as live camera). Kids & Co is the best day care in Montreal Both of my children attended this school the oldest one went through all their classes except The last class it’s an amazing environment for a child to develop very caring teachers Especially the baby class and the 3 years old with Megan, Jennifer and Nardeen, it was hard to get my son out of the class at the end of the day he wants to stay( that’s how much he loved it) The teaches really care they work with passion and at the same time there is a system where they teach the children and work on their development with lots of art and crafts and outdoors activities they also served an amazing healthy food. I got sick when I first came to Montreal and they were more than a Family to us I will always be grateful for them. the director Debbi was perfect for her position very caring and always solving any problem we had. Also the school is multi cultural almost all nationalities ( teachers and students) really representing the beautiful culture of Montreal Very friendly kids and well behaved. One of the things I also loved about this school is the Cam where you can see your kids during the day especially the first few days to calm you down that everything is going fine. The only reason we left is because we had to move to a different location far away from downtown

I had my child in this daycare 2 years ago. We were doing part time. This daycare was the worst daycare. My child almost had diaper rash everytime, we asked to put cream, they never did. Every few days I had to deal with different daycare worker. All the daycare workers were leaving left and right. This daycare was very mismanaged even the supervisor went leave, and had to deal with two different supervisors. I paid for two months in advanced, I asked for return my money, never got it.

this is a wonderful daycare. the staff is very professional and caring. my son is shy and timid and they are so patient and kind. he loves going there and talks about them all the time. the food they serve is nutritious and well balanced! There take home snacks are a fan favourite for us ! They are always doing some fun and interesting art activity inside and out. Our son has been at Kids and Co Uptown for about 6 months now... and I can't say enough good things about our experience there. The Kids and Co teachers are AMAZING - they are genuinely happy to be there every day and caring for all the little ones and it shows because our son is always excited to get dropped off in the morning. The food provided is great quality and variety and even offers plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions. It's also so much fun to be able to check in on your little one's day through the camera system. And Grace - wow - she is on top of things! Responds to every question you have, knows all the kids and parents, very friendly to deal with... I don't know how she does it! Yes, it's expensive, but the cost is totally worth it for the flexibility of schedule, the great level of care, and the knowledge that your child is in good hands! Our first day of drop off, we were all having a hard time - but Grace sent me a photo of my son smiling and happy just after we left and said "See, he's fine"! And the level of care and attention has been just as amazing ever since!
