I have been a customer for a year and a half; I go there desormails only as a convenience store. I now prefer to go to my grocery store at IGA Saint-Bruno or Provigo de Saint-Bruno or IGA or Metro Yvon L'Heureux. I do not recommend the IGA at the corner of Bernard Pilon .... (Original) Le personnel a de la difficulté à maintenir les inventaires à jour sur les tablettes. Pour avoir fait le tour de plusieurs sections et prodiuts; beaucoup sont périmés et ce de plusieurs jours; produits laitiers, fromages, viandes, conserves, etc....il faut toujours vérifier tous les articles afin de s'assurer de leur date de péremption. Ils offrent un faible choix de variétés et Lactantia a le monopole des produits laitier; aucune possibilité d'avoir du Québec ou Béatrice ou autre.... Quand un produit est manquant et qu'on demande à un commis d'aller vérifier les stocks à l'arrière; il ne reste jamais du produit; par exemple; le beurre à l'ail. Le boitier était vide depuis 3 jours, aucun commis n,a passé de nouvelles commandes. Même scénario pour plusieurs autres produits. J'y suis cliente depuis 1 an et demie; j'y vais désormails uniquement comme dépanneur. Je préfère désormais aller vers mon épicerie au IGA de Saint-Bruno ou au Provigo de Saint-Bruno ou au IGA ou Metro sur Yvon L'Heureux. Je ne recommande pas le IGA au coin de Bernard Pilon....
