It's a shame the mandatory building fee is so expensive and non refundable. It's not fair for expat families who come to Montreal for 1-2y to pay $2300 for a school year in German. I'm sure my kids will solidify their language when we return home. Either way, the non-refundable nature of the fee makes me wonder if the school either has issues retaining older students or if the building has some serious issues to keep increasing the fee each year. It's already $300 more than last year when we were planning to move and by now it was the deciding factor to pass on this school.

Excellent school, small class sizes, high academic standards, excellent learning environment for the students, students will graduate trilingual (German, English, French), from pre-K to Grade 12 (!), a school (parents) community who is actively engaged in the school.
