I first off like to Express that your comment on the BBB is completely unfounded and outrageous! My staff after finishing up a phone call with you Elida came and approached me shaking and crying, I could see how upset she was, I asked her what happened, my staff of over a year that is much loved by thousand of our regular and new clients has never ever looked so shaken and distraught as long as I've known her. After several minutes I was able to calm my staff down so that she could speak without her voice shaking, she told me that during your conversation you stated that you needed boarding for this coming Saturday and that you needed to come for a meet and greet that day and you wanted to come by at 2:30 pm, you also informed my staff that you would be bringing your 6 daycare kids and that you wanted them to play with our clients dogs, when thank God my staff informed you that we would not be able to have strangers children interacting with our clients dogs, I can't even express just how dangerous that would be, and she also politely told you that we do meet and greets 7 days a week at 9:00am , 9:30, 10:00am, 10:30am and 11:00 am, we do this as we have other responsibilities for "example" caring for the dogs in our care, cleaning the Doggy Spa Lounge, Doggy PlayGround & WaterPark, playing and interacting with the dogs, giving medication feeding etc. Because we couldn't do the meet and greet with you the day you called and take on 6 of your daycare kids you absolutely lost it screaming at my staff to the point my staff was shaking and crying, I know this because when I called you to see if there was anyway I would be able to rectify this situation, as soon as you answered the phone I said to you that I was the owner along with my name, you stated in the most awful voice and I quote "so you are the disgusting person I already spoke with" I tried explaining to you that I was who I already stated that I was, but let me say during this entire conversation you never once stopped speaking nor did you stop screaming, this definitely wasn't a two way conversation by any means, and yes because you wouldn't stop yelling and accusing me that I was the staff that you were screamed at earlier, absolutely I told you that I would put my staff on the phone so that you can see that I am who I say I am, but.... unfortunately it didn't matter you never stopped yelling and screaming, you then went on screaming and then threatened me, and I "quote" When I see you out and about I'm going to get you!!! at this time I knew that you had deep issues and we should not commence any further with this one-sided, unwarranted and abusive conversation. For you to threaten me the way you did you are very lucky I didn't call the Police. My Staff and I have every right to put in place our Policies and Rules, and this is why we have one of the Safest Pet Resort in all of Canada with Over 255 Five Star reviews.
