One of the best schools my children have ever been too . Very great staff , great secretaries . They do great activities and tons of field trips . Absolutely one of the best schools in Barrie !!!!

I just moved from there it’s an amazing place the teachers try and make it fun but my most favourite teachers I had there was miss MCCracken she treated everyone like a friend same as Mr lash he was also very kind! Miss them all. :(

I don't know anything about this school, but Terry Fox was a great man and a Canadian hero! So 5 STARS. The movie portrayed him as kind of a mean person that swore a lot, but I give him a pass, he was running across the country with one leg.... until he made it to that dump of a city Thunder Bay..... True story.

The principal is amazing and the teachers and support staff are amazing too! But I noticed on the first day some of the other families aren't the greatest.. parents were unkind and the children weren't the nicest either. The drop off and pick up along the street is a shark feeding, nobody gives two cents about safety or anyone but themselves. I was glad to switch my child out of this school. Its definitely a lower income/ lower social class school sorry to say it.

I am a grade 8 student at this school and I have been here since kindergarten. Most of the teachers are pretty nice but some of the primary teachers aren't. If you are planning to take your kid here please make sure that they are in jr encase you can't handle strict teachers. The vice principal this year is the best one we have ever had! The principal hates my guts but that ok because I am leaving this year. In intermediate, they focus a lot on mental health and healthy learning. The students are pretty nice but, here and there I see kids being rude to one another. As a grade 8 my responsibility is to make sure that those things get dealt with. The one huge problem about this school is there parking. Parents are not suppose to park on the drop off area but they still do. The safety patrollers are kids and are taught to get an adult in these situations therefor nothing is dealt with. Please make sure that your kid walks to school or gets dropped off early to make sure that the safety of your kid is okay. If you have any problems, go to the VICE principal, the principal doesn't do anything (at least for everyone that I know). All and all, i think that its the best school in simcoe county (either than the parking issue)

My child was treated very badly at this school. He had a minor problem with his friend, but the teacher couldn't solve it herself and handed it over to the vice-principal.We wanted to talk to her, but the vice-principal tried to protect her until the end and indirectly misbehaved us to leave school. He returned all the children's belongings and withdrew from the seesaw app.It is an irresponsible school that only calls for school policy. Mrs. L**is is really the worst teacher of my life and my child is afraid of the teacher so he won't go to school.She is a two-faced teacher. She is a scary teacher who cares only about image management for parents and doesn't even smile to children once. She has two children. If your child is precious, be careful of my child.
