Wonderful service, the owner is very pleasant, kind, and professional and responds very quickly to even last minute calls! The sitters are very reliable and have lots of experience not only within the company, but also from raising their own kids. Overall I'm very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Banff or Canmore!

Bad customer service. Didn't feel comfortable to leave my loved ones with them what so ever. One comment: Sit down. Be humble. She said I'm the first unhappy customer since the 80's. Yeah right.

Wonderful experience with Childcare Connection during our Banff holiday. Relied on their services multiple times for ski days and evenings away for our children aged 9months to 6 years old. Caregivers were kind and reliable! Thank you to Genet and Haregu, along with Ann.
