The food is fine. But I ordered my meal for delivery and the hot dishes were cold and soggy because it took TWO AND A HALF HOURS to arrive. Baie Comeau is a small town. It should not take so long. So I called the restaurant to tell and the employee who answered the phone told me that if I wanted my food to be ready in 5 minutes, then I should order McDonald’s. I asked for a refund of only the hot dishes and the employee hung up on me. I was polite the entire conversation. I do NOT recommend.

Out of the 7 rolls, there were 2 pairs of the same and another roll that only had salmon inside? It is certain that with the pandemic it is difficult in the restaurant business, so I want to stress the fact that all my other experiences, in the past, at this restaurant have been great. Just disappointed with the service and the food today in particular. (Original) Habituellement je ne laisse pas de mauvais reviews ou de commentaires, mais j'ai eu un mauvais service aujourd'hui, ce qui m'a surpris parce que l'Uzumaki a toujours été un restaurant que j'ai adoré au fil des années. Il nous manquait un rouleau au complet, soit ~5 sushi dans notre commande, et quand nous avons avertis les employés, ils nous ont confrontés sur le sujet, ont demandés de voir la facture, et ont arrêtés de nous parler après avoir remarqué qu'il y avait effectivement une erreur. Mais bon, ce n'est pas tant grave, c'était probablement juste un malentendu et tout le monde doit être fatigué. Ce qui nous a déçu le plus, c'est la nourriture en soit. Nous avions commandé un total de 7 rouleaux de sushis. Sur les 7 rouleaux, il y en avait 2 paires de pareil et un autre rouleau qui avait seulement du saumon à l'intérieur? C'est sur qu'avec la pandémie c'est difficile dans le domaine de la restauration, donc je tiens à souligner le fait que toutes mes autres expériences, par le passé, à ce restaurant ont étés super. C’est la première fois que je vois ça dans un restaurant de sushis et je trouve cela vraiment ordinaire. Côté service, c’était horrible. La serveuse n’est jamais venu nous voir durant le repas et on a du se lever pour aller voir la serveuse, qui restait toujours derrière le bar. Je suis conscient qu’en temps de pandémie, ce n’est pas facile dans le domaine de la restauration. Je crois cependant que les responsables du restaurant devraient faire plus de coaching auprès de leurs employés.
