All the staff is amazing, they truly get to know your child and everyone that I have met while my child has attended is so genuine and kind. I adore the atmosphere and will be sad when I no longer have a child attending St. Elizabeth.

I have just moved across the city about 2 weeks ago and enrolled my daughter into the kindergarten class at the school for full days. When I called the school the receptionists tone was very monotone. She did not pay attention to my responses. She didn’t ask if my child was already in the catholic school system. Instead she told me she would send a form to fill out and the process would be 2 weeks. When I received the email, I called back to say my child has already been enrolled into the catholic school. She didn’t apologize she said “oh”. I then proceeded to ask questions about the yellow bus forms because I have no vehicle to transport my toddler to school. With Covid 19 percentages rising on the ETS it is very risky to use the public buses right now. The secretary didn’t say she would email me the form. Instead she stated that the form takes 2-3 weeks to process. I asked for a form she said she would email it. I waited 3 weeks and still no form was emailed. Today I went to drop off my child and ask for a form in person. The lady that answered the door and then went inside to check for my address while my child and I waited in the cold wind causing my daughter to be late for her class. She then came back and handed me a form, when I mentioned I had been waiting for the email for the form she never apologized and instead said “well”. Please tighten up your secretary and staff. I’m a young single mother with very little experience with this side of the city and things are very new for us. All I’m asking is for some compassion and manners please.

St. Elizabeth was a good school, genuinely. But, division two was horrible! The teachers are alright. Some are nice and some are mean, obviously. Great playground, and decent amenities. Even though the school needs some improvement, decent daycare! Overall, there were a lot of great teachers that I will never forget!

I am very disappointed with the experience that my granddaughter has received at St. Elizabeth Elementary School. My daughter and granddaughter moved to this school at the beginning of the school year, only to discover that an obsessive amount of emphasis has been placed on "dictated" eating. It is my understanding from the classroom teacher that even though children bring what they have from home they are not necessarily allowed to have it. I have a granddaughter who suffers with taste aversions, so it's upsetting. Contacted the school board and nothing is being done. Sad....
