Here you have all the opinions of real people like you who are purchasing the products and services of Glenmore Christian Academy (Kindergarten) near Alberta (Canada).
At the present this business gets a score of 3.9 stars over 5 and the rating has been based on 62 reviews.
You must have seen that the average of ratings is high, and it's founded on a very large number of feddbacks, so we may think that the evaluation is quite reliable. If people have bothered to value when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to put opinions when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Kindergarten corresponds to the category of School.
This is the best school that I have been too! The teachers are awesome, and it is a nice facility.
the food will put you in the hospital for 3 years. THE WATER IS BLUE LIKE WHAT

art is nice ig grade 5 was not it tho except for Ms.lee
school teachers have inspections of the pp on tha daily so mak sure you shave and clean it up before hand
Amazing school, 10/10 would recommend. The teachers are always kind and friendly and are a pleasure to talk to. They have recently converted to solar energy which is way better for the environment. They have good programs for those ahead and behind the learning average. All the people who leave negative reviews probably don't listen is class, because if you pay attention and do your work, you will have a great time attending this school.
forgot
I like this school. just wish it is lil' bit more fun vroom vroom
gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood but outdoor ed is overrated
Such a great school. I have my two boys here; grades 2 and 6. What I like best is the unique attention and value put on the children. Academically very strong institution. I would highly recommend this school for anyone who values great morals and academic excellence
My science teacher is great.
FUN
This Christian school is above my expectations. I used to drive by the area but when I first did my tour I fall in love. They have a great infrastructure and staff is always nice. My son is now attending this school and I am planning to register the other one when he is old enough. There is a good parking structure, playground, gym, theater, cafeteria and library. Children learn more about bible and the communication between parents and teacher is very good. I have access to the things my son is learning through the weekly emails and educators are always open to conversation. Children need uniform to attend school and this is something I absolutely like. You don't need to worry about the clothes your children will wear because they already know what to dress.
I send my kids their and they hated it and also throw up when coming back and a car crashed into the front of the school and a few bus crashed too so no
GCA is so awesome the staff are the best so come to GCA for some fun and learning.????
Amazing school! All the teachers and students are very nice. They teach you exactly what you need to know and even a little more. Would definitely recommend:)
I went to this school from kindergarten to grade 9 and I was sadly discriminated by students as well as teachers. I had and still have a few mental health issues that as an adult I have been able to figure out but as a young hormonal teen was not able to and no one from this school tried to help me with them instead they decided it was better just to keep me away from all the other students. I do not wish this kinda of treatment on anyone especially and young child that's just trying to figure everything out.
I thank God for bringing us to GCA.
Saturdays are for da Boys
We have been attending GCA for 9 years now. It continues to exceed our expectations. I love that my kids get to experience a school that excels in academics, arts and sports but also are surrounded by teachers who love them and are involved in helping them grow as Christians. They are taught to serve, love and help others. Those are lessons you won't find many places. Thankful.
only because i go here
Awesome education! Highly recommend this school!
The best school I know
rich kids go to this school like mydad bill hader
This is the BEST school because the teachers and students are all very fun and nice. Learning is actually fun in here!
uhh its okay but i wish it could be better
This is now my tenth year at GCA and I love this school. They have amazing teachers and the students are nice. They teach you exactly what you need to know. The food is great. I wish they had a high school because this school is just the best.
best school ever
Our family was pressured in the last couple years to medicate for ADHD by the school. Like a lot of schools, there is a no nuts policy (peanut butter included). There has been a significant loss in weight since medication, and limited options for healthy fats when nuts are eliminated. A responsible school would have offered other school options. As a step parent, I cannot make the call to move schools by myself. I can caution other parents considering this school as an option, that this school has amazing teachers and staff but a standard of excellence that is detrimental to some students who will not be identified as needing help. They will be identified as a problem and a protocol of referrals to medicate will be applied.
it's ok
this school is the best school. the teachers are great. everyone is nice. there is some fun learn
I love this school!! My wife teaches here and I have been involved in everything from coaching to building sets for drama productions. I personally know some of the staff and know they truly care for their students. I have always found the kids very respectful and the culture at the school is designed to not only help the head but the heart. I can’t wait to send my kids here!
Glenmore is a wonderful place with amazing staff and students! Teachers genuinely care about their students and it is a fantastic place to be in community with other believers.
Don't come here it sucks. Better to spend the money somewhere else.
not bad. just wish there were better sports teams
An amazing school. Highly recommend it.
this school brings out the worst in people. hardly anyone who attends it enjoys it. the students all gossip and are fake because the teachers set that example by constantly gossiping about their students. personality and uniqueness is lost here. would not recommend.
Our family has been with GCA for 9 years and have been generally very happy. They have a strong academic focus along with their art and sport programs, and teachers here challenge the students to do their best all the time. We love how the teachers bring Christianity into all subjects they teach, but to say that all they teach is bible all day long is absurd (as mentioned by another reviewer). The kids here are taught to respect authority and have a strong moral fibre which builds a strong foundation for them as they venture in to high school.
Our little man is in kindergarten this year and we are floored by the dedication and care shown by his teacher and TA. The lessons are thoughtful, fun and keep our son challenged. They also do an amazing job at showing love and attention to our son. Thank you Mrs. P and Mme. B!
So this a Personal Account, because I don't want GCA to hunt me down. I went to GCA last year, and it was horrible. The Principal of Junior High was very rude and unappealing. The Vice Principal was unfair and arrogant. But the teachers there were very kind. But the students constantly bullied me. And The Principals did nothing about it. GCA seems unorganized and unprepared. When Covid Hit they were so unorganized. We just did Google Classroom, no Zoom Meetings with teachers, so we can learn more. My only year at GCA was horrendous. In the Cafeteria. I ate pink raw chicken. It shows that its poor quality. Even if they are a Christian School, I really don't see it. I recommend not to go to this school. Because if you went there. You might experience a trashy problem like mine.
GCA is very disappointing. They spend 3-4 hrs in highlighting the building facilities not much about academic achievements unlike other private schools. They collect $200 (non -refundable) registration fee and inform us there were too many applicants on waitlist for several years. One fine day, they said seats available for particular class and took admission test. When passed the test, met the principal, who spent another hour talking and informed not sure if any seat available?? They should not waste anyone time and looks like they have no plan or they just do to advertise the school for more donation and registration fee. They wasted my kid school day and our office days when principal not sure if any available seats!!!
It's unfortunate that I can't put zero stars. This school targets immigrant kids and make the experience a very bad one for them. They do not know how to work with different cultures and like to diagnose children for no reason. We would not recommend this school to our worst enemy. So many immigrant families have had the same issue with the way they handle things. It's funny how they are okay with collecting our money but then they turn around and make our children feel bad about themselves. The entire staff need to be trained on diversity and inclusion. Their practices are unacceptable.
Poorly designed parking lot. Driver exit and enter into their parking lot without stopping for a kid walking on sideway along 24 st. Today my 5 years old kid always got ran over! None of their staffs do anything about it!
I used to go to GCA, and I had a horrible experience. Lot's of bullies and teachers never cared about us and were always gossiping. Teachers never did anything about anything. My friends child is at GCA and it seems that things havn't improved. My friend says her kid is having tantrums and doesn't want to go to GCA anymore. The child says that teachers never listen to him, and when kids are fighting, the teachers just say "say sorry and shake hands" when he tries to tell the teachers something, the teachers don't listen.
