Really good school, they aren't linked to CBE but they follow alberta curriculum. The teachers all are very engaged with us students and although they may sometimes seem pushy or overbearing, it's all because they care. Romanticism and dating are frowned upon so, as are Halloween, bullying, disrespect and foul language, overall it's a really nice atmosphere for one to be in. Every week they have a morning dedicated to singing, praise and prayer. Bullying is always an obstacle in any school, but if you approach the right teachers they will approach the bully and his/her parents and... well..."rip them a new one". From personal experience, Mrs Martens and Mrs Wilson are whom I recommend going to if you get bullied, they will keep it discrete but lessen none of the severity of the scolding the bully gets. A couple years ago, a student in my class got expelled due to harsh bullying, it's a very loving and embracing community and teachers are downright happy if you come ask them for help if you don't understand something in class, they go beyond their job description and put in extra effort from their own time to make sure students graduate and have their options open... that is of course as long as the student cares. I couldn't ask more from this school, they have events, winter ball, dress ups, a Student Council that constantly comes up with things for students to do for fun, the only thing I could complain about is the uniform, but it's just like any other uniform, in a more philosophical manner it makes us all equal, but it gets annoying when you wear the same thing every day, that's all. Love this school, one of the best in the province, everything you can ask for.
