Firstly, she responded very quickly when I first reached out for a quote and continued to be responsive (and very patient) when dealing with my many questions over the following weeks. I had in fact reached out to several other local stagers, and Ella was the only one to get back to me, strangely. Like other reviewers have mentioned, she gave a lot of recommendations for how to improve the aesthetics of our apartment in ways we never would have thought of - everything from the specific suggested colour of an accent wall to the replacement of an aged doorbell. We implemented all of her suggestions, and together with the amazing results of her staging, I was genuinely moved by how chic and inviting our small apartment could look, and it has since inspired some design ideas for our next home. Ella and her team were efficient, professional, personable and clearly talented.
