Working with Suzi on my home was truly enjoyable as she took over the project with ease. We moved into our home early this summer and I loved her professionalism when it came to maintaining timelines, all my phone calls and emails were immediately responded to and taken care of. Her style is refined and luxurious she pays attention to detail. She provides clear and precise 3D plans and outlining budgets. She made our home functional and luxurious at the same time. I was completely wowed with her color choices and combinations for every element of the room design. More importantly she worked with our budget and implemented some of our existing furniture as well. I would highly recommend Suzi interior services and would use her services again in a heart beat.

Unprofessional interior designer. I lost half of my consultation time because she was late, (an hour late). Though I paid her fees in full (2-hour consultation). Unfortunately, I decided to work with this unprofessional designer and we signed a contract. As she requested, we paid 75% in advance, which was a mistake, we should have not agreed until we see her work. The pandemic hit and all the furniture stores closed. I was unable to shop online as this job was not an online design. So I asked her to stop working on the project until stores open. She agreed and asked to notify her 2 weeks in advance to re-book us in. When we decided to resume work we could not get hold of her. She did not answer our calls. I tried to text her and finally she set a time to call me back. She never did. Now, she claims that she already completed the job. She only sent couple of layouts and some pictures and called it a day. She never been to the site not even for once. Now she refuses to resolve this issue or even refund us our money. She is not reliable. Unprofessional. Not on time and trust unworthy.
