Staffs at this branch were very supportive and kind, and finally I purchased my furniture here. However, I couldn't receive my four chairs by now (which I ordered in October 1st last year). The communication for the delay was very disappointing as well. If I knew it would take this long, I wouldn't order from BoConcept.

I just received my living room and dining room furniture in my new apartment from BoConcept, Coquitlam last Saturday and we are extremely pleased with them. The furnitures very comfortable, practical and stylish. Staff in this store are very professional, friendly and not pushy. The Interior Designer Shery is particularly helpful. She visited my apartment with all the measurement before putting the design on a 3D software to help me visualize the final product. She explained why she picked a certain furniture so that we could understand how they compliment each others. She's very knowledgeable about the different fabrics/material and explained the pro and con of each of them before we made our final decision. The furniture was delivered on time and the set up went smoothly. Everyone we dealt with is very professional including the two delivery guys. Highly recommend this Store to anybody who wants to make his/her home more stylish.
