We are tourists in Vancouver living at a friend’s condo in Kitsilano district. Today, , we had to replace a piece of a stressless chair’s accessory that we had unfortunately broken by accident. We found this store close from our place on the internet who are dealers of the product. We were served by a gentleman called mister Helen Zhang. Not only he immediately found the good piece we needed, but he also repaired the broken piece with his tools, because we were not able to unscrew it by ourselves. He was so kind and helpful, and we were so happy to have settled the problem, that we would have been ready to pay quite a lot of money for that great service. But then he said he did it for free, and wished us a very good trip in Vancouver. We cannot thank him enough! Thanks so much Mr. Zhang!

Very high-end furniture. Not all to my taste. Staff is very helpful, although perhaps not the best at picking up when you are just browsing, and hover around you ready to interject tidbits of product info.

I just bought something there a while ago and although I was impressed in some ways (good selection) in other ways I was disapointed. They told us our items would arrive in 2-3 weeks and it ended up taking 4-5 weeks. Had they just said it would take 2-5 weeks I would have still purchased the items but would have been a happier customer.

Purchased a credenza at their warehouse a couple of weeks ago. It had a small chip on the lower side so I aged to purchase "as is". When it was delivered, it had a 5 inch gash + top corner peeling off. After 4 phone calls, I still haven't found anyone to help fix, or otherwise help me with this problem. If you buy from the warehouse, I recommend taking photos of all sides of the furniture to record any existing conditions

*****UPDATE****** I am happy to say that the team at Inspiration were able to rectify the matter fairly and quickly. They were able to lend me a loaner bench while they talk to their transports team about expediting our purchased bench. The turnaround time was quick and I am glad they handled this situation well. A credit to management for standing by their employees and working through the problem with me and to find out how to cater to my needs. Thank you Inspiration Team. ____________________________ I never thought I would say this about this company, but I have had multiple communication failures which led me from one place to another and then utter disappointment in the end. To start, I ordered a bench from Kare (Inspiration affiliate) from a sales associate almost 5 months ago who said it could take 6+ months to ship to us. Already a red flag, but I understand the customization timeframes and the item looked good enough to wait so I put my deposit. So we waited. A few days ago, I was told by the same associate by text that the bench was ready and that it would be available for pick up once I made final payment. I decided to come into the west 6th store to pick up only to find out the item was in the Coquitlam warehouse. I wasn't told where to pick up the item just where to pay. Was it bad to assume that the item would be ready upon payment at the store the sales associate worked at? But I was told by another Kare associate that not only is it not here in the west 6th store, but the delivery would take another week. Another associate at the counter said the store's policy was to wait for payment before delivery. But some would make exceptions to that rule and deliver it regardless. I advise that I will pick up in Coquitlam next day so I paid and went home. An hour later, the Kare associate called me back to tell me that for some reason they have lost my bench and that the system said it was there but it was not physically at the warehouse. Whether it was due to bad logistics or just that someone sold it to someone else, the associate wasn't clear. What was even more shocking was that he told me that my options were to wait until next year 2020 or get a refund after just making the full payment. I waited almost 5 months for the item only for them to say they have it lost in their system. I'm still not sure if they said that this has never happened before or that this has happened. In the end they did not handle this well with me at all. These options don't consider the time it took for me to get to the store everytime and the amount of time waiting and holding my deposit money when I could have just bought somewhere else. Payments could have been made over the phone or could it not? The company made me feel I wasn't important. I certainly felt that I did all the leg work to make my way to the store, they just had to deliver me a product, and they couldn't even do that. Not good at all and this is coming from a high end furniture store. I will post an update if I hear of better options.

We bought a Natuzzi sectional 11-25-2018. After 1100 days the foam collapsed , the size of a large Wok. We went to store 4 times for guidance as to what the problem was , told us to contact Natuzzi warranty . Got a " WE Are Here For You " I'm serious on 12-21-2021. We gave up and had the couch foam repaired for 500.00 dollars. Please do your research when buying this product as you will get help from no-one . P.S I weigh 75 Kilograms.

The showroom is amazing. The layout and multiple floors, It is like an adventure wandering through the different show spaces. Great quality furniture can be found here with such elegant style. Alan is very knowledgeable and will make sure you find the right fit for your needs!

They are selling RUF|BETTEN brand but it is from China not from Germany. It is not fake but poor fake quality. Anestly, it is almost fake to me. I bought one of leather covered bed frame but after year( waranty is over ) it started crack every where and peeling off terribly. It was beautiful bed frame until waranty is over. They said they can sell another new one as half price. It was only they can do for me but I don't want to buy this terrible bed frame again. Anyway. It is fake leather. I have a fake leather sofa from Ikea for more than 15 years. This sofa condition is much better. It just have little spot cracks. I checked invoice recently. It says leather look. The sales lady didn't explain about it. I only checked price but I didn't check details at that time. I knew inspiration selling high end stuffs so I didn't expected it is fake leather. Anyway, if you have plan to buy any furniture over there, ask them is it from China? Is it real leather? Or they will not tell you about it. You must ask them. Or you will buy poor fake quality expensive furnitures. Ps. I am looking for people who has same problem as me. Mine is RUF|BETTEN Cocoon bed white leather look.

If you're looking for quality furniture, Inspiration Furniture this is the place to go. Prices reflect the quality and exclusivity like all other products. If you're looking for something a little more affordable, check out the lower level of the store. Staff is friendly and courteous. I was promptly greeted by Alan Flemming and found him to be respectful, professional and knowledgeable. We are returned the following weekend and made the purchase. On a side note, it was nice to see a diverse ethnicity of clientele and staff.

to answer the owner of the store who said "As a large percentage of our clients are of Asian descend"!!! That is a unprofessional excuse coming from an owner!!! The reason you have mostly Asian customers is because you have mostly Asian staff! and they only pay attention to Asian customers !! I walked in your store for more than 20 minutes and none of your staff bothered to say hi! None Asians will go somewhere else to look for furniture since you are not providing good customer service to them.

We bought a lot of stuff! My wife went nuts over the selection. We had to go twice to actually decide what to purchase. Bo Concept is a seperate store within the building, but Kare is part of Inspiration Furniture.

My partner and I have shopped at Inspiration Furniture for years. The selection and our overall experience have been great - that is until I had to deal with a sales representative on the floor by the name of "A....n" - who, because I had a difference of opinion, treated me with contempt and was simply rude, so much so that I actually drafted a letter for Steen and Peter Skanning, informing them that "A....n’s approach was arrogant, and demeaning. In fact, he was insulting to me – questioning my knowledge of the product, and he was extremely quick to become angry when I did not agree with is opinion." This is unfortunate as Danielle, who does not work at Inspiration anymore, had been nothing but exceptional in dealing with us. As I left the store, I shared my experience with another person on staff and asked if she could pass it on to the manager or owners. I allowed considerable time to pass before considering this review to see if the effect of the experience would dissipate, but when one is driven to drafting letters, the memory of that day has clearly remained. To date, neither my partner or myself have even considered returning. Unfortunate, as we do like the selection and showroom, and that other staff who work hard to provide quality service do exist - but our years of loyalty to Inspiration have clearly been tainted by one person's actions, which affect not only the customer but their overall impression of the company itself.

I just wanted to write this review as I am also in retail myself and I do expect a great customer experience when you purchase an item no matter pricey or not.We went to Inspiration to have a look around to get some ideas and then we met Summer in the showroom and that all changed from looking to buying.We had a great experience working with Summer as her positive attitude and her knowledge combined with her gentle approach made us very comfortable making our decision to buy.Summer was straight forward and honest and gave us all the information required to make our decision without being pushy at all. I have an extremely positive experience with Inspiration Furniture . Love the store and what they sell there. I bought a bed from Natuzzi and a chair and ottoman there. Vance - the sales person was very professional , did not rush me with the decision and was very helpful. With the chair there was a little problem that was solved very quickly by Hesen, the store manager. I really appreciate how well I was treated there, I felt like an important customer.
