Avoid them at any cost if you plan to do a condo renovation. I did not find them a good fit for renovation job, and I will not ever hire them again. We have hired them for a renovation job. The job ended up to be double their estimated budget, never got finished (as of today) in spite of 5 month delay. In addition, they damaged the property and never fixed it. The top main damages are as follow: Cracked the bathtub while attempting to install the shower glass door. As a result, glass shower door never installed (paid for 90% of the material and installation cost). Misaligned Shower knob and plate (all material were selected and purchased by the owner. Again, paid for 90% of the installation cost). In addition to the above, there were many issues such as covering the fire alarm system against the code, poor painting job and poor leveling. These issues were fixed through an extremely painful process. Spend more time select a Contractor who actually knows their job. Not someone who asks their relatives come and write a review for them.
