I feel privileged to be able to write this review for Emily Lancuba at Houzz. It is not very often that you find someone so invested in making sure the client is completely satisfied. I can imagine that what Emily does requires a lot of patience and she has this in abundance which is a wonderful quality to have. Her knowledge and “can do” attitude was very impressive especially as where she works is so noisy that I could barely think, yet she remained focused on helping me and getting me the best outcome. I wish her all the best with whatever she pursues in the future as she already has some very admirable qualities with a happy attitude to match.

Nothing against the website and content. But Houzz block my review about the builder despite there is no abusive wording or lie, all my review is a listing of my experience and what problems I have been facing and left with. It looks Houzz are favouring builders which is frustrating and not interested in helping people going to build.

I’ve always loved lists and collecting ideas from magazines and books for creative pursuits, so Houzz is my perfect app! It has been so useful to help inspire me, gather my thoughts, find products, organize ideas (basically in visual lists!) and I can communicate all of my exploring and inspiration with my DH and vice versa. With a move to a new house and renovation plans underway, it has been so useful and I’m sure has saved many hours of research and work. Beats stick-it notes in magazines!
