Dave and his team helped diagnose and fix a big issue with our plumbing that was causing some water backup in our basement. There’s a first time for everything he said, and he was right. After a what could have been a stressful few days all around we had one of the best customer experiences we’ve had on the island. We called late morning and he had a team to our home by 1pm, what was initially an easy fix turned out to be a bigger job than expected and Dave himself came, staying late on a nice Friday afternoon to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend Dave and his team, without hesitation. Professional, great communication, and super easy to deal with. Dave and his team will always be our first call in future. The guys were even great with our very nosy dog.

Asked them to just install my faucet while I was at work, but they also fixed the sink top to the vanity, leveled it , affixed it to the floor and to the wall ( after they asked someone who was home if they could do all the extra work) A+ service and work will use again.

I had a pretty serious issue with my tub and sink draining. Dave the Plumber came (well, I don't know if the guys who showed up were actually named Dave) and they fixed it quickly and at a very good price. You can't ask for more than that from a company of any kind... solve the problem and don't break the bank. I use them whenever I need expert assistance and I always will.

Gave Dave a $3000 job and was told he would bill me and expect payment within 30 days as he was on his way to Florida. Job was done in one day by a crew and it was fine except for the hole in the wall that they then refused to fix. Was then repeatedly harassed for payment "NOW" despite what Dave had initially said. The hole was never fixed. I expected more professionalism and less arrogance for a $3000 day.
