I was told that I would have no seams at all in my carpet by ordering a wide width. Carpet was poorly installed and there are seams and they show. I ordered and paid for 1/2” underpad and 1/8” underpad was installed.

Always ready to assist with a variety of designs all their staff are friendly, very helpful and always professional. I particularly enjoy dealing with Jen, she has and is going out of her way to locate the exact pieces I have been looking for and although she is super busy, she makes herself available to listen and goes out of her way to find the right product. Friendly/ caring staff, beautiful tile, and Nickel City did an incredible job installing! Very happy with the final result of our bathroom reno. I rated them as 4/5 because communication could have been better. It was irritating bouncing from phone calls, to emails, to text. So I think to improve customer satisfaction they can just stick to what works best for the customer. Also our invoice total changed multiple times, which was confusing for us. All in all I would recommend them and definitely use them again. Shawna
