Had this company remove flooring to install ceramic tile in kitchen and porch. They also installed underlay and flooring in stairs going to the basement as well as the basement. They were paid in full. Problems: #1. I had to spend my time removing and disposing all the unused ceramic pieces (about 3 hours total) plus pay landfill costs. This is always the contractors job, not the customers job. #2. The concrete floor in basement was cracked and the height shifted slightly. They suggested using a concrete grout to level it, I agreed to this proposal. More than a year later I noticed the laminate flooring was lifting in this area. I removed the flooring and underlay only to find they didn't allow ample time for the concrete to cure and there were tiny hardened lumps of concrete which is the root cause for the flooring to shift and lift. Obviously this contractor wanted to get the job done quickly, get paid, and leave. I called and complained but was told a year had passed and so had the warranty period. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
