A beautiful store filled with beautiful things! The store has been doing curbside pickup through lockdown so I had to order online. They were out of stock for an item I ordered and were kind enough to include the gift with purchase in my order even though my order didn’t meet the dollar amount to receive it. Everything was meticulously packaged and I am so happy with everything. It’s all so pretty. I can’t say enough lovely things. To the store owners and employees, Thank you so much : )

Very impressed with this shop. Lovely staff asked if I needed assistance, pointed out sale items, but then left me alone to look through the surprisingly big store. Tons of gorgeous home decor items (candles, pillows, Moroccan pompom blankets, frames, etc) as well as some furniture and unique greeting cards (made locally). Definitely not a budget store but such amazing pieces.

I have visited Sarah's store on several occasions now and have found "just the perfect gift" for all of my impossible to buy for friends and family.As well, I keep finding the perfect items to add the finishing touches to our new home. Sarah is brilliant, knows her inventory well and is skilled at identifying her customers needs and interests quickly and effectively. She is attentive without hovering and is prepared to make suggestions which are always so very helpful. In my opinion, as a career shopper from Toronto who only recently moved to Stratford, this shop is perfect for the gift that will thrill the recipient as well as the one giving the gift. This a fantastic store with fantastic and knowledgeable staff. Every time we walk into this store my wife and I purchase something from a beautiful jute rug to Fusion chalk paint or Christmas ornaments. Everything this store sells is beautiful, very high quality and reasonably priced. SHOP LOCAL!!

I am leaving one star review because of online shopping refund policy. I am from Edmonton and was searching for particular rug for my kitchen. I ordered one from Wills and Prior, not even thinking checking on their return policy as I’ve never come across online store who’s refund policy was CREDIT ONLY. I personally have no problem with customer service or their product, but the store credit only just got to me. I would be ok to get my money back minus the shipping cost, I understand they would be out of $ if had to refund me the entire cost of the rug. But when you want to have online shopping store, you need to adjust your return policy. There’s no way I would buy from any online store if I won’t get full refund in case I do not like the purchase. The online shopping at Wills and Prior isn’t the best just for their refund policy. Not customer friendly at all.

When you click on the balloon on the Google map you learn that this is a furniture store and, yes, they do sell a few exclusive pieces - but they have so much more. If you want to be remembered as "the person who gave me that wonderful - " then this is the place to shop. This akin to an upscale Yorkville boutique but with much better prices and service that never happens in the Big Smoke.
