Cate was absolutely amazing, From the very first day she was fun, and so easy to work with. We gave Cate some ideas and colour swatches..and from there she worked her magic. Our wedding was honestly SO beautiful, It was beyond words. Our backdrop was jaw dropping, our decor was just so beautiful and romantic , and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. We received nothing but amazing compliments from friends, family and other vendors. Because of Cate .. We had all our visions come to life and more. It really was a fairy tale wedding! Cate not only has great rates, she has a wonderful eye for design and detail, she goes above and beyond , and most importantly she has great energy. We would recommend Cate to anyone looking for a decorator and floweriest any day without hesitation. We would also highly recommend checking out her gorgeous store in Stratford with so many unique, beautiful home decor items & gorgeous fresh flowers. Ordered a bouquet for delivery, ended up being overcharged by $8 despite previously telling me what the end total would be. Had the flowers delivered a day early without any previous notification. Was a rip off, paid $81 including the overcharge and taxes for a tiny bouquet I could've bought for $30 elsewhere. Will never order from again

Update: Cate was very quick to respond, and sent replacement flowers very soon after. I would recommend her and purchase arrangements from her again! Very disappointed with my Mother’s Day order. The bouquet I chose for my Mum was supposed to have coral and white roses, and from the picture advertised you can see 5 roses (not taking into consideration the back of the bouquet). My mother received the bouquet today (a day earlier than requested, but I don’t really mind that), and it has 1 rose. One single white rose. Not to mention that I upgraded to the “large” bouquet from the “regular” one. Multiple other flowers have been substituted as well — it appears there are tulips, carnations and gerberas in the bouquet, which aren’t supposed to be. I chose this bouquet because my mums favourite flowers are coral roses. I understand that Mother’s Day is one of florists largest holidays, but my order was not as described, and frankly I feel ripped off. If they did not have enough roses to complete their signature Mother’s Day bouquet, they shouldn’t have taken on all the orders, or have at least emailed me to inform me.

Over the past few months, we have placed 3 flower orders with Cate and were very happy with the experience. Each time the ordering process was easy yet detailed. Cate ensured she understood what we wanted (arrangement or bouquet; who the flowers were for; type of flowers; price; and, date), provided options and confirmed agreement. Similarly, the pick up was easy yet SAFE. With a reserved parking spot out front, flowers ready on time and all COVID protocols followed, the process was smooth.
